I stayed at the hotel with my wife and we were both satisfied with the service as well as the quality of service, dedication and hospitality brought by the hotel staff. I especially thank the Security Director and your team for the excellent services and support they have provided me. I accidentally parked the car under the balcony on a rainy day and the cement water flowed from above and down, causing my car glass door to be dim, which could cause a dangerous driving. I informed this to the front desk staff who reported the hotel staff. N***then Mr. Sinh contacted me to deal with, with experience and professionalism, Mr. Sinh made my car back clean, with transparent glass making my return trip more safe. Thank you very much for this. I also would like to thank the reception team and restaurant staff, for providing excellent service and making me feel at home. My wife and I were very impressed with the hotel staff who brought fruits for my wife to the room to welcome the Vietnamese Women's Day (20/10). This is the deep concern of the Hotel for customers, during this occasion, it brings to my wife and I. That's why our stay becomes enjoyable. Moreover, the food at the hotel was so delicious that me and I really enjoyed from breakfast to dinner. Book a room via booking.com about 1hour before we arrived, receptionist didn't receive our booking information yet, however we still can check in normally. The room doesn't have indoor jacuzzi as display pictures on booking.com, we did ask about it, but the staff told that jacuzzi is only available in VIP room (which is about 4x price, not surprised), and the display pictures are the same for all types of rooms (really?!). Room is very old, and abit smelly, standard amenities. We arrived on weekdays, so breakfast menu is only limited for eel soup, beef noodle, and tea/coffee, as expected. Not many things to raise your expectation as the price is only about 24$/night.
