Rude staff, I don’t know the name of the lady but might be the same as another reviewer was complaining about. She wants to scam me with some fake rules and regulations, trying to charge me more then asked me to sign the paper without even letting me read it.
Rooms are old fashioned, AC is old and noisy, food average, location is not bad. Over expensive.
I left, and won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

房間有點舊了，隔音還好。周邊吃的喝的比較多，還有一個大公園。餐廳比較小。小桌太少，都是大桌，剛好遇到組團吃飯。找了半天才找到位置。是我住過的孟清酒店裡麪最差的。

Phòng ổn nhưng với tiêu chuẩn 4 sao thì mình thấy không tới, máy lạnh cũ, hơi ồn. Lễ tân thì đa phần vui vẻ nhưng có bạn lễ tân tên Tâm (nữ) rất khó chịu, nói chuyện với khách rất cộc cằn, làm dịch vụ không nên tuyển những lễ tân như vậy, quá thiếu chuyên nghiệp so với thương hiệu Mường Thanh. Chỉ được cái nằm gần chỗ mình đi công tác nên mình chọn thôi. Nếu lần sau đi du lịch chắc không book chỗ này.

Stayed one night here as part of our journey through Vietnam on to our next destination. Hotel was fine. Big room with two beds and reasonable size bathroom. Room smelled Smokey and the mattress was extremely hard. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful

Trong đợt công tác vừa rồi tôi lưu trú tại khách sạn mường thanh grand phương đông , khách sạn có vị trí rất đẹp , nhân viên khách sạn chào đón nhiệt tình. Tôi thực sự rất thoải mái khi nghỉ tại khách sạn , khách sạn có khuôn viên rộng , bãi độ xe rộng rãi , có hồ bơi trong khuôn viên khách sạn , phòng có ban công thoáng , về đêm nhìn được toàn cảnh thành phố vinh , mình đặt loại phòng 1 giường to nên rộng rãi thoải mái , phòng trang trí hình thú rất đẹp , phòng nghỉ có đầy đủ các tiện nghi, phòng sạch sẽ , món ăn sáng ngon , nhân viên phục vụ vui vẻ nhiệt tình. Tất cả mọi thứ đều Oke, tôi rất hài lòng khi có kỳ nghỉ tại khách sạn, có chuyến công tác rất hữu ích, cảm ơn đội ngũ anh / chị nhân viên đã cho tôi một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và thân thiện . Chúc khách sạn thành công phát triển là điểm dừng chân lý tưởng cho du khách khi đến nghệ an sẽ được sử dụng các dịch vụ của khách sạn . Tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn vào những chuyến công tác sau .

Khách sạn ở vị trí đắc địa, gần quảng trường và thuận tiện giao thông. Đồ ăn sáng ở đây ngon đặc biệt món soup lươn. Hội trường mới và sang trọng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, luôn hỗ trợ hành lý và đón tại sảnh rất vui vẻ. Đây sẽ là khách sạn đầu tiên tôi lựa chọn khi đi công tác hoặc đi cùng gia đình.

Ban đầu tôi không có dự định ở tại khách sạn này nhưng nghe bạn giới thiệu và đúng như những gì bạn nói.tôi thấy rất hài lòng về sự chu đáo,nhiệt tình của nv khi thấy tôi bồng cháu nhỏ 1,5 tuổi ăn sáng bufe tại ks thì nv đã chủ động lại hỏi và giúp đỡ tôi lấy ghế dành cho trẻ em.Phòng ở cũng sạch sẽ và view nhìn ra quảng trường xem pháo hoa rất đẹp
