"The building is very beautiful and also the lofts a super roomy with great views. the down fall is the location. I was expecting a really quite time. instead you have the loft backing up to main roads. lots of noise specially from fast motorcycles. the pictures show you as potentially being embedded in nature, there no such a thing. if that property would be build far from the roads, absolutely but its not. I paid the same as paid for an Airbnb in Barcelona in 2023, and given the lack of hospitality from the entire staff but Alejandra(she was great) I'll never recommend this place as a hotel. it has the feeling of a rental building where the reception feels obligated but not happy that you are there (the way it supposed to be. Again, great building, clean, beautiful landscape but is super noisy due to the roads and the entire staff need to go to Hospitality College, that is by the way mandatory in Mexico and in Dominican, and you honestly feel the difference."

"First and foremost the location of the hotel is at the epicenter of cali, you are in the center of the city and close to all the major tourist attractions. The rooms are comfy, thank goodness for Ac because it gets hot here. The rooms themselves are nice, bedding is clean and neat, and the staff will clean the room twice a week. Oh and I highly recommend acquiring a room with a balcony, you will not be disappointed, for a view of the plazoleta is spectacular at night and during festival hours its truly a sight. 1 con of the room is the size of the bathroom, didn’t bother my experience too much, but if you’re used to a restroom plus size, it might seem small. The staff: the owners are very kind, you’ll meet them many times during your stay, as they are actively engaged in the best experience for clients. You’ll find an assortment of hard working people in the kitchen making staples of the country, (for a solid price) maintenance workers here and there, a welcoming reception desk with information about the city and equipped to handle your business needs should a issue arise. NEWS FOR TOURISTS some of the staff know English so don’t worry if your spanish is not up to par, (i was worried) but i highly recommend checking out this hotel, i definitely will have to come back to see more of cali and this is the first stop on the journey."

I did not like that the pool is not available early in the morning, and I felt the toilet and shower were old...the water in the shower did not fully drained. People were very nice and helpful. "Het beste ontbijt dat ik ooit heb gehad. De kamer was zeer ruime en met een geweldig uitzicht. Ze vechten om de kamer donker te houden door de grote ramen. Maar dit is een gemeenschappelijk probleem in hotels in Colombia. Het is een geweldige locatie voor mensen die een Cali stop zoeken tussen El Redil en andere locaties op de Route naar de Zee, en de luchthaven. U kunt letterlijk de straat over te lopen naar de Chipichape winkel om een grote hoeveelheid goedkope en goedkope voedsel te vinden, koffiewinkels en winkels. Ik zou hier weer blijven."

"Het gebouw is zeer mooi en ook de lofts een super kamer met grote uitzichten. de val is de locatie. Ik verwachtte een heel tijd. In plaats daarvan heb je de bovenkant op de hoofdwegen. veel geluid, vooral van snelle motorfietsen. De foto's laten zien dat je in de natuur kan worden geïntegreerd, er is niet zoiets. Als dat eigendom gebouwd zou worden. Ver van de wegen, absoluut, maar niet van de wegen. Ik betaalde hetzelfde als voor een Airbnb in Barcelona in 2023, en gezien het gebrek aan gastvrijheid van het hele personeel, maar Alejandra(ze was geweldig) Ik zal nooit deze plek als hotel aanbevelen. het heeft het gevoel van een huurgebouw waar de receptie voelt Nogmaals, grote gebouw, schoon, mooi landschap, maar is super lawaai vanwege de wegen en het hele personeel moet naar het Hospitality College, dat is op de manier verplicht in Mexico en Dominicaan, en je voelt het verschil eerlijk."
