"This was the second time I have stayed here. The reason for this stay was to work without distractions. I would rate the room I stayed in as 3 star. A basic room. Nothing fancy but was all I needed to sleep. Breakfast was included. Lunch and supper fair to slightly pricey but the food was tasty & the servings decent size - enough to fill me up, The service was prompt when ordered ahead of time. The chicken was among the best I've had in Uganda... The small garden & the tables in the reception area were nice areas to work in when I wanted a change from my small room. Noise does not bother me so any noise from the traffic, local bar or ppl talking outside during the night. The room had a small balcony which I did not use much but was nice to be able to let the breeze in during the day. In Uganda electricity can go out at any time for unknown periods of time. They must have a generator because the hydro was never out more than a few mins at the most."

"Completely ripped off. It's not in the airport; it's in a hard-to-find building. There's no elevator, and the reception is on the fourth floor. The only thing they actually said in the description was that there were rooms available; everything else was just disappointing! They refused to refund my booking for the day I arrived, even if I cancelled on the day of arrival. A disaster! A nightmare."

The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes"
