"No power and when we ask about power there was no proper response from the staff and they didn't reserve enough fuel. We reported at 5pm, the manager told they have sent somebody to bring petrol,2km from hotel. After we followed up every 20mints, manager was saying petrol is coming.we met another guest they also suffered power issue from the previous night, after several follow ups they brought petrol after 3hours and they put the generator at 8.15pm.New beddings are needed, the pillows were smelling bad so they should be changed.No security lights, the place was very dark at night and not at all safe in the night. This place needs to do better because our stay was terrible. Full of mosquitoes in the room.We ended up staying half day and leaving because of all the above. No value for money. If you want to spoil your holiday then you need to visit this place. We require anything they are coming after 30 to 40 mints. Worst experience in the life. Never ever go to this place"

"Bananavillage is a wonderful green place. Monkeys are found in the trees, Pool available, very friendly staffs. We always come here when flying in or out. The restaurants near the bandas and also at the pool offer a wide range of international cuisine"

Airport Hotel Kampala - Entebbe

"The hotel is clean and especially the spacious bathrooms are a plus. TV is in the room. The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes"
