There is lovely soft lighting and quality furnishing.The two twin bedrooms in the main house are spacious and comfortable; one with en suite shower room and a there is a further full bathroom. The actual finca has been painstakingly restored over the last decade to now provide a home full of charming natural ambience. Approached from the main entrance off the leafy country lane is the beautiful cobblestone courtyard leading to the studded oak door and archway.The cobblestone floors, inner stone walls, terracotta tiles and the oak beams add a true character to this delightful farmhouse. Majorcan double wooden doors open into the entrance hall, to the rear of which we find the dining area which has double doors opening out onto the rear terrace and pool area. To the right of this area we find the classical style kitchen with original stone sink, electric oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge/freezer is located in the dining area and the washing machine in the exterior utility area by the pool. To the right of the entrance a doorway leads into the split-level and refreshingly open plan living/lounge area, which has original stone-wall features and decorative fireplace. Next to this lounge there is a bathroom.From this lounge a doorway leads into a corridor and stairs lead up to a twin en suite bedroom offering stunning views across to the mountains.On the ground floor and to the left of the entrance hall there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.Stairs from the dining area lead up to the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises of three further twin bedrooms, one with access to a private terrace. All bedrooms have an en-suite shower rooms.The kidney shaped, swimming pool gently slopes into the crystal clear waters. It can be gated, and is surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces and a lawned area. One very special feature is the flagstone terrace with quiet seating areas shaded by ancient trees and here you can totally relax.

The kitchen itself is light and airy and has stylish cupboards giving a modern look. There is a ceramic hob, an electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. On this level we can also find two twin bedrooms which both are sharing a shower room.A wooden stair gives us access to the master bedroom of the upper floor, which comprises of a double bedroom with an en suite full bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning.The huge pool (more than 50 square mts) is situated at the back of the house and has corner Roman steps leading into the water. Sun loungers adorn the surrounding terraces and lawn areas.
