"I must say that it was a fairly good experience overall. There were aspects I appreciated, but there were also some notable drawbacks. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and I found the rates to be quite fair considering the hotel's location and amenities. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, making check-in easy and smoothe. However, one aspect that left me quite disappointed was the pricing of the meals at the hotel's restaurant. While I expected some level of premium pricing due to the location, I found the cost of meals to be extremely high. I also dont know where there is a TV set in the room when it shows no channel On the whole, it is a decent choice for accommodation with fairly good rooms offered at fair rates. Though one might want to explore dining options outside the hotel which might be a more budget-friendly."

"What a great place to be! Everything was perfect. Great rooms with a asthonising view. Good food and a staff who made me feel very welcome. I would especially like to mention the peace and quiet that you will experience. And last but not least the lounge and pool area. I would strongly recommend the kikongo lodge voor a stay. I stayed for two days."

Advertised pool and fitness center unusable - dirty, not maintained, outdated, a source of danger. Rude staff, especially in the restaurant. Food a disaster, drinks out of date. Only the gardens were well-kept and attractive."

"Met onze jeep met dak tent zijn we op de bonnefooi naar Kikongo gereden vanuit murchison. Vanuit de auto gebeld en er was nog plek op de campsite! We hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad en zelfs besloten 2 nachten langer te blijven om na al het reizen even wat te rusten. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het personeel onwijs vriendelijk en behulpzaam, het uitzicht fenomenaal en het eten ook erg lekker! Perfecte plek om tot rust te komen. Ook als je met dak tent reist. We raden deze plek aan iedereen aan!! Dank voor jullie gastvrijheid, in het speciaal Rachel en Danston."

"The resort was amazing. Very pretty, good rooms, wild life literally on your front porch, but I sent clothes to get washed and some came back damaged. When I asked if there was anything they could do at checkout, they flat out said no. They damaged over $100 worth of clothing and refused to do anything about it."

"Wij zochten een plek om te kamperen en werden hier met open armen ontvangen. We voetballen met de eigenaar die ons daarna een tour over het resort geeft. De plek is prachtig, hebben heerlijk gegeten en zwembad was echt even bij komen van een lange dag. Ik zou het zeker aanraden."
