"Dit hotel is een vaste 10/10!!! Van het geweldige personeel tot het geweldige ontbijt, locatie, schoonheid, restaurant... alles was perfect!! Ik herinner me niet de namen van de twee vrouwelijke receptiemensen die werken van 8am-3pm maar ze waren zo vriendelijk en handig! ZUK de latere receptieman was altijd bereid om te helpen en aanbevolen enkele geweldige eetpotten! In het restaurant, Marko en Nemanja maakten me altijd zo comfortabel en ik eindigde daar in de avond voor drankjes om met hen uit te hangen omdat ze echt de meest vriendelijke en zoete personeel ooit!!!"

"Dit is een goed 3-sterrenhotel. Het is alleen klein en de eigenaar lijkt altijd rond te zijn wie niet genoeg kan doen voor u. Hij is aardig en handig. Je krijgt mooie handdoeken en een paar toiletten. Het zwembad is vrij klein en niet veel ruimte. Het komt met ontbijt dat geen buffet is, maar geplateerd voor u wanneer u aankomt dat is oké. We gebruikten het dubbele bed dat comfortabel was en het bankbed dat goed is voor een bankbed. Het enige is dat de curtains geen licht stoppen inkomen. Ze zijn niet flushing met het raam, het achterlaten van een enorme kloof voor licht om binnen te komen en mijn kamer was lager, zodat mensen gewoon konden zien in mijn kamer. Douche en badkamer was echt goed. Over het algemeen deed wat we nodig hadden en was mooi en schoon."

"A lovely villa located in the hills above Budva. It's quite far from the noise of the town, but it's barely a 15-minute walk to town. The room is very pretty and modern. The bed is very large and comfortable. The room has a small kitchenette where you can prepare meals. The villa has a charming little pool, perfect for cooling off without going to the beach, although its availability depends on the other guests. The manager is very pleasant. Communication was good, although Ivana was missing some information before our stay. We had a very good stay, although I think the price was slightly too high for the country."

"The hotel is conveniently located. There's construction going on around the area right now, but with the windows closed, it wasn't a bother. It's clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The room lacks a trash can, and it's odd that there's no free drinking water. You only have to pay for it at the bar. The hammam is like a sauna—very hot right away. The Finnish sauna is gentle, and the pool is cool, but perfect after the sauna. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it was adequate, and the fruits and vegetables were delicious. The staff is polite and welcoming. We plan to return to this hotel again."

"My impressions of the hotel are mixed. On the one hand, it's new, located near the sea, and has an indoor and outdoor pool, several saunas, and a spa complex. Access to the pools and saunas is free for hotel guests. The food in the restaurant was excellent (we booked half board). On the downside: the room cleaning leaves much to be desired (they don't sweep the floors, and sometimes don't empty the trash bins). During our 8-day stay, the linens weren't changed even once. When we checked in, the refrigerator and safe weren't working; however, they replaced the refrigerator and fixed the safe after we contacted them. The hotel was completely full, with only one open, and it was constantly occupied. During dinner, the restaurant was so crowded that it was difficult (sometimes practically impossible) to find a free table. The dinner hours, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, are too short for the number of people visiting the restaurant."

Het verkeer buiten is erg lastig, met veel auto's, en het is niet erg handig om in en uit te stappen. De service van het hotel is erg goed en het ontbijt is middelmatig, geen ontbijtbuffet."

"We booked this hotel based on photos in reviews. Indeed, everything was as pictured, but there were some nuances. **Pros:** 1. **Close to the sea:** About a 10-minute walk. 2. **Spacious parking:** The hotel has its own large parking area. 3. **Responsive manager:** Always available and ready to assist with any questions. 4. **Large room:** The room turned out to be bigger than it appeared in the photos. **Cons:** 1. **Housekeeping:** The manager initially promised room cleaning every 2-3 days. We stayed for 11 days, and cleaning only happened twice, both times at our request. 2. **Pillows:** The pillows were simply enormous. On the 3rd or 4th day, I asked for smaller pillows, but this request was ignored. Perhaps it was my fault for not reminding them daily. After a week, I reminded them again, and smaller pillows were finally provided, making sleep much more comfortable. 3. **Balcony access:** The bed is wide, which prevents the balcony door from opening fully, which is inconvenient. I almost injured my leg once. 4. **Bathroom:** The bathroom is extremely small. The door also doesn't open completely because it opens inwards. I'm not sure why it wasn't designed to open outwards... Firstly, it's very close to the toilet. Secondly, it bumps into the water heater, which is located near the ceiling. As a result, you can't properly enter or exit with the door fully open. It either hits the water heater and doesn't open, or you try to maneuver around it and bump into the toilet, making it difficult to move freely in such a confined space. Also, there was a very unpleasant sewage smell once, but something was apparently done outside, and the smell disappeared. There was also a water leak from the toilet or somewhere outside; the manager looked at it and said it was a first and he would look into it. However, the water was never wiped up and continued to accumulate. 5. **Electronic lock:** We had trouble getting into our room 2 or 3 times. There were issues with either the key or the lock, it's unclear. They simply replaced our keys and then entered some password. This wasn't just our problem; neighbors also experienced it, as the soundproofing is poor. More on that next. 6. **Poor soundproofing:** It's noisy outside with loud motorcycles and loud people. Someone might be singing drunk in the street, and so on. In any case, everything was audible as if it were happening right on our balcony. The door and windows let in all sounds. You can also clearly hear neighbors walking in the hallway and talking loudly. There were also some thumping noises at night. In short, if you're a light sleeper, you won't get a peaceful night's rest. Overall, it's a negative rating. One could say it's on par with a 3-star hotel, but with significant issues."
