De locatie was ook perfect om de omgeving te verkennen. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en zouden deze plek zeker aan iedereen aanraden. "De locatie van het hotel is geweldig, de oude stad en het parkeerterrein zijn in een bereik van 100 meter, en het park is een geweldige wandeling rondom het park. Ga naar het strand van Mogran is ook een vijf minuten lopen. De zee is heel helder, het is mogelijk om de vis te zien, en de temperatuur van de 20 graden is niet koud. De kamer is zeer schoon en de voorzieningen zijn volledig. De ontbijtkwaliteit is geweldig, p7p8, kan helemaal niet worden afgegeten. De vijfde verdieping kan de oude stad en de zeeplein p4p5 bedekken. De heerlijke berg is over het algemeen goed."

"We stayed for 5 nights in Budva at Elena's apartment and had a wonderful experience. We had a room with two balconies (we had breakfast on one, and I did my morning exercises on the other terrace). There was a separate kitchen with a sofa and a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The location is superb; it's just a couple of minutes to the bus station, and then you can easily buy tickets to Kotor for a day trip. There are shops and cafes nearby, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the promenade. We were pleased with the lush greenery, abundant plants, friendly staff, and the low price in April. There was a coffee machine with capsules. The balconies offered a beautiful view of the mountains. Things to keep in mind: it can be noisy on the balcony due to a nearby music school with children shouting, and a busy road not far away. We lacked some kitchen utensils as we cooked every day. There was no lid for the frying pan or dishcloths for the table. The extractor fan wasn't working, and the bathroom light only worked partially. A toaster was advertised but not present. There's no washing machine in the room; laundry costs an additional 5 euros. There was always a small puddle in the bathroom, probably from a leaking bidet. Despite all the downsides, we were satisfied; it felt very cozy and pleasant, like a home away from home."

"We were at the restaurant on August 27, 2025. It was formerly called Pod Lozom. The change in ownership has been a positive. The service, the waiters, everything was top-notch. We had grilled calamari, a steak, and a chocolate dessert. Everything was superb and very tasty."

"5 star rating for the hotel staff and their service. Front desk staff was welcoming, hospitable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast has good options with open dining in front of beach. Room is clean, spacious, contemporary, comfy beds and regularly serviced. Bathroom has nice shape and enough space to move around. The rainshower and bathroom ammenities were superb. Room has balcony and has really nice view of beach front. Infinity pool in 1st floor was beautiful, only downside was it wasn’t thermo regulated so it was cold, nevertheless nice ambiance to chill. Overall our stay was exceptional."

"I booked this hotel through a travel agency, for a week. It was a very good choice. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet residential part of Budva. It is at the end of a small one-way street. Some people have difficulties finding it but I did not encounter any. It is about 20 minutes walk from the Old Town and 15 minutes from the beach. The bus station is some 7 minutes walk. There are shops and restaurants around and a lot of more of them in the centre of the town. I had a very nice and spacious room on the 5th floor (4th by the European counting). It had a fridge and a kettle, which was very appreciated. Wifi worked well. I had a view of the mountains from my balcony, which got dark by the evening, so I truly felt like being in Montenegro (which means Black Mountain). Breakfast is served on the roof (6th floor). The choice was very good, both sweet and salty food. I just regretted breakfast only started at 8am. This is a bit too late if you want to take a bus to another place in Montenegro. I therefore only had 4 breakfasts out of 7 I paid for but that was my choice (maybe the hotel could offer some breakfast packages for earlier risers). There is also a small pool on the roof, next to the small restaurant. In the evening, the water is quite warm there. You cannot truly swim in the pool, it is too small for that but it is pleasant to spend some time there anyway. The staff at the hotel is nice. Especially the young lady who checked me in (I am sorry I did not ask her name) and who was always preparing breakfast. I am very grateful to her for assigning such a nice room to me, many thanks! The only unpleasant element were some of the other guests. It does not stop surprising me that some people simply do not realise (or do not care) that there are other guests in the hotel who do not necessarily want to hear noise music, loud shouting or door banging at midnight. But this is not the fault of the hotel, of course."

"Een van de slechtste hotels waar ik ooit heb verbleven! Onvriendelijk personeel, de schoonmaak was matig bij het inchecken en ze verschoonden alleen de handdoeken en maakten de badkamer schoon, maar niet echt goed. Ze vonden een kakkerlak in de badkamer en een andere vriend uit dezelfde groep vond er ook nog een. Ze kwamen ook de kamer binnen zonder te kloppen en er stond een waterkoker op de kamer, en de receptie nam nooit de telefoon op voor het geval je iets nodig had. Het enige positieve was de locatie, maar ik zal dit hotel nooit meer overwegen."

"There aren't a single hook in the bathroom, nowhere to hang towels and robes. The flush button above the toilet isn't properly secured. There's no table on the balcony because the air conditioner in the room next door is installed. The soundproofing is poor! If people leave the room next door in the morning and slam and close the door very loudly, it wakes you up. The same thing happens late at night if guests from the room next door return from a walk."

The room itself was very cozy, new, and clean. Although we booked a room with two beds and received one with a single bed, it didn't really spoil our experience. The host was very pleasant; they greeted us, offered refreshments, and helped with our luggage. They also have an incredibly delicious restaurant downstairs – I felt like I was in Turkey for a moment!"

"Dit hotel is geweldig! Maar de locatie verdient wel wat aandacht, want ik reed zelf, dus dat was erg handig. Ik parkeerde in de kelder en ging naar de receptie om in te checken! Gelukkig was die dag de eerste dag van de opening van het hotel na de renovatie! Bovendien waren we er vroeg! We waren dus de eerste klant! Wat een geluk! Het interieur van het hotel is erg goed! Het heeft ook een gevoel voor design! Het ziet er luxe uit! Het kleine balkon is ook erg comfortabel, en het infinity zwembad op de bovenste verdieping (beschermd door glazen hekken) is ook prachtig! Zwemmen moet echt gaaf zijn! Jammer dat we er maar één nacht verbleven en druk waren met ons programma, dus we hadden geen tijd om te zwemmen. Het hotel ligt niet ver van de oude stad, ongeveer 16 minuten lopen, en dan is er nog één, vanwege de renovatie, de airconditioning maakt behoorlijk veel lawaai, vrienden die licht slapen moeten opletten! Al met al is het geweldig! Ik vind het erg fijn!"
