Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen door de receptie en werden we meteen geholpen om onze auto veilig te parkeren (gratis) in de ondergrondse (kleine) parking. Reserveren aangewezen. Omdat we voor halfpension hadden gekozen, boden we ons aan in het restaurant. De tafels hadden geen glazen of couverts, geen borden, ... Het viel ons op dat niemand wijn dronk en we vonden ook geen wijnkaart. Weinig stijl voor een viersterrenhotel! We begaven ons naar het buffet en merkten dat we enkel water konden drinken. Het buffet werd gepresenteerd in grootkeukenmeubilair (ijzeren warmhoudbakken). We namen eerst de soep, die lauw was. Daarna wortelen, deze waren gekookt in water, maar helaas ondergekookt en onvoldoende gekruid. Het vlees was ook lauw en smaakloos. Het aanbod zag er niet smakelijk uit. We zagen dat het beperkte dessert niet was aangevuld, en de paar stukjes taart (naast al die lege stoelen) gaven geen prettig gezicht. Daar hebben we niet meer van geproefd. De obers toonden niet de klantvriendelijkheid die we bij de receptie zagen. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid maar we hebben in Montengro in andere hotels veel betere ontbijtbuffetten dan in dit hotel. (de presentatie en het kwalitatieve aanbod moet beter zijn voor een 4 sterrenhotel) We stellen het op prijs dat we op ons eenvoudig verzoek ons verblijf konden omzetten van een halfpensionformule naar een kamer met ontbijt. De kamer en badkamer zijn in orde, maar geen mogelijkheid om koffie of thee te drinken en een beperkt aanbod van badkamerbenodigdheden De kamer werd dagelijks netjes onderhouden en voorzien van schone handdoeken. Groot terras. Zijdelings uitzicht op zee, maar op zich geen mooi uitzicht omdat je midden in de stad zit en rondom je allemaal hotels en gebouwen hebt. Wel centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van de oude stad. Vriendelijk management, maar al bij al een koel groot hotel zonder veel persoonlijke touch. Wij vinden de prijs van Hotel Bracera te hoog voor wat het is en vinden het ook geen viersterrenhotel. Vooral het diner, en in minder mate het ontbijt maakt dat we helaas geen gunstige beoordeling kunnen geven. !

First of all, you can see the comment as another hotel manager. As managers of a five-star facility in Turkey/Bodrum, we chose this place for a 3-day trip. The hotel is quite affordable in terms of price and performance. Rooms are clean and useful... There was no kit in the room, but they provide it if you ask (slippers, bathrobe and toothpaste) I will not evaluate the breakfast variety as in Turkish hotels, because we, all-inclusive hotels, exaggerated this issue a little, but when we compare it with European hotels during our visit, it is okay. Only in the service. There were no napkins, wet wipes, brewed Turkish tea and a caring friend on the tables, and unfortunately, he was a bit distant, serious and sullen. But as a general evaluation, we can say that it got plus points thanks to the receptionist Gordana. As long as Orduna exists, she can find solutions to all your questions and problems with its smiling face and solution-oriented business approach. Thank you Gordana 😊 Would we prefer to come again? Great choice for any kind of visit. It’s a lovely, modern hotel with nice rooms. Well decorated and have plenty of closet and storage space. Great walk in showers. The breakfast is nice and you can sit on the outdoor deck. Nice bar. The location is great for access to the waterfront restaurants and old town.

I was really looking forward to staying here after reading the reviews. But OMG. The room does not have tea and coffee making facilities. If you want them you have to ask as there is not enough kettles to put in all rooms. A nice lady delivered the kettle and cups but no tea and coffee. I asked if it would be possible to get a couple of tea bags as the shops were shut, and I was told no. What a Joke. Also the safe in the room did not work they came up looked at it and said it needed an engineer. Never said when the engineer would be around to fix it. Went down to dinner, and the buffet presented to us was for hot and cold food, yet the hot food was as cold as the salad. The walls are marked the only place to put your case is on the floor, no good if you've got a bad back, sockets are made of cheap plastic, and the lamp shade is dirty. Maybe it's under new management!

İt was okay but dont expect too much. The breakfast fast changing every day one day it was open buffet and the other day was like continental breakfast. It was not dirty but was not the perfect. the sea view rooms were not satisfied, everywhere you can see constructions.

Excellent hotel. The room was very spacious with a large balcony. The color theme, furniture, bath fittings everything was great. Super clean and new. Our balcony overlooked the beach. They have free parking space, a large restaurant. We dined at the restaurant and the food seemed good. They were accommodative of our requests. They also gave us complimentary spa access but we did not use that so unable to comment on pool & spa service. The city tax was high compared to other cities I stayed in. Not sure if that's the standard in Budva. In general a great stay.

Nice hotel. My room had a balcony with a lovely view ... (if you ignore the unfortunate ugly building in the foreground !). I ate downstairs in the hotel, food was OK. I was the only person eating there - which probably says it all .... head out to old town for dinner ! Room had a fridge.
