"I had a wonderful stay at House4You - Praporgescu in Bucharest on the night of October 2nd. The automatic check-in process was incredibly convenient and hassle-free. My room was spotless, pleasantly fragrant, and beautifully designed, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. Despite the chilly weather outside, the room was perfectly warm thanks to the efficient heating and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and attentive; because my flight was late and it was cold and rainy, the hotel kindly offered me a free late check-out from 11:00 to 13:00 and complimentary luggage storage. I especially want to express my gratitude to Luciana, who patiently helped me call taxis to the airport multiple times during rush hour. Thanks to everyone at House4You, I had a truly great stay here."

De waterdruk van de douche is laag en het water spat overal op de vloer. De stijl van de wastafel is totaal misplaatst. Alsof dat nog niet erg genoeg is, is het ontwerp ook nog eens ontzettend dom; ik verwar het steeds met de aan/uit-knop en word helemaal nat."

"Volstrekt onbevredigend, zowel van Trip.com als van het hotel. De hotelboeking was per ongeluk voor de verkeerde data, een week te laat. Beiden weigerden de boeking te wijzigen. Oplichting van de ergste soort. Er werd slechts een schamele hoeveelheid "trip coins" aangeboden als compensatie. Toekomstige gebruikers van deze site, wees gewaarschuwd."
