GGastgebruikerFriendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

GGastgebruikerFantastic Family Stay – Even Better Than We Remembered!
We spent 5 wonderful nights at Iririki Island Resort and absolutely loved our time there. Although we went into town for lunch and dinner a few times, we mostly stayed on the island and soaked in the beautiful surroundings.
The kayaking and snorkeling were a highlight, especially thanks to Etella and Teraa—these two went above and beyond to look after our family and made the experience memorable. The ocean view villa was spacious, airy, and perfect for watching the fish swim right by our deck.
The breakfast buffet was excellent and included halal chicken options, which we really appreciated. The staff catered to our dietary needs and made sure alcohol was left out, which meant we could enjoy every meal without worry.
Only downside: they didn’t accept Amex and charged a 3% surcharge on Visa/MasterCard, which, combined with international bank fees, added up. Although we had a discount from Trip.com, we couldn’t really take advantage of it due to these charges. Next time, we’ll prepay online instead of using the “pay at hotel” option.
This was our second visit to Port Vila after 13 years, and both the city and Iririki were just as magical as we remembered. A special shoutout to Taste of India in town—absolutely fantastic food!
Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking to unwind in paradise.

DDuerjia從隔壁Lagoon Gardens搬過來的，那邊老闆背信棄義，謊話張嘴就來，非常不要lian。這邊酒店前台聽説我們的遭遇，表明那個老闆就是那樣的人，還説他們有過幾波從lagoon Gardens搬過來的客人。anyway，這邊酒店房間寬敞乾淨，採光非常好，二樓陽台視野很棒，工作人員每天都會清理沙灘，水裡有很多海星。酒店還免費提供kayak，住店的年輕人經常劃出去玩。酒店前台Keven Paul非常好，看我們準備出門，還提醒要下雨，主動借了雨傘給我們，果然回程路上就下雨了。就是早餐可以再弄好一點。

HHolly B1This hotel was perfect for my one night in Port Vila. The room was clean and comfy and they helped me with airport transfer even when my flight was last minute.
The staff went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was looked after. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone!

Dit is een fantastische plek voor iedereen om te blijven, vooral families, omdat er veel zwembaden van verschillende diepte te kiezen. Het buffet ontbijt was een van de beste hotelbuffets die ik ooit heb geselecteerd, zo veel te kiezen en alles was warm.. Ik wil iedereen op Warwick Le Lagon Resort bedanken voor alles.
En bedankt voor de mooie behandeling die ik gisteravond in mijn bed vond toen ik thuis kwam van het diner.

AAleksei IllarionovMy son and I stayed at the hotel in cottage #4 by the sea in July 2026. The hotel itself is decent, and the price matches the quality – it's not expensive. We only had breakfast at the hotel (mostly omelets with vegetables and hot chocolate). We didn't opt for lunch or dinner because we had read previously that they were expensive. I pre-booked the airport transfer via email with the hotel; they replied promptly. A one-way transfer cost 12,000 in local currency, which we paid by credit card upon arrival. We also booked the return transfer through the hotel, which cost 120 USD. Honestly, I think the transfer was pricey, but I couldn't find any online taxi services, and the hotel is over 60 km from the airport, so I had to go with this option as there were no others. After leaving the airport, we stopped at a supermarket to buy food to replace hotel lunches and dinners. The cottage has everything: hot water, good bedding, and towels. There's also a gas stovetop, dishes, a kettle, plates, spoons, and forks, so you can cook your own meals. However, there's nowhere to buy groceries near the hotel, so we stocked up at the supermarket upon arrival. There's no safe or slippers in the room. The hotel grounds are large, with plenty of places to walk and a long beachfront. The staff are polite and pleasant, and the hotel grounds are well-maintained. Overall, that aspect was great. What I didn't like: there's no internet in the room, which was a significant issue for me. Internet is only available in the hotel lobby, where the reception and dining area are, which is a real shame. Luckily, our cottage was right by the reception, so that was convenient. Also, be aware that there are very strong low tides on the beach until noon, though this wasn't a major concern for us; we just walked along the ocean, which was wonderful.
