Hotels met ontbijt in Santa Barbara

I called before arriving, asking about the bedding. I told them I was traveling with 91 yr. old mother and 67 yr. old sister. I am 71. They offer 1 queen and told me extra double would be very comfortable. It was a pull out couch. When you remove the cushions from sofa, there is a note pasted on the pull out that my sheet are in a bag in the closet. The pull out was metal springs. The bag has a top, bottom sheet and pillow with no case, 1 blanket. It took 5 layers of padding to make it sleepable. All 3 of us left for the entire day and when we arrived to the room at 6:30 p.m. our used towels were still on the floor and trash cans were full. Fresh towels were delivered to our room from the common open area, not thru the hallway. This stay was not what I expected of Marriott Residence Inn at $346.00 per night plus $15.00 per night for parking. Oh and there is a sign before you enter the hallways that tell you if your car is vandalized, Marriott is not responsible. Welcome to California in 2024.

I’ll start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anything… This hotel is beautiful. The valet and the front staff were lovely. The rooftop pool was perfect and the location was just right. However- the walls of the hotel rooms are PAPER THIN. You can hear absolutely everything. When we first checked in at 430pm, there was housekeeping working on the room next door and it sounded like a construction site (we actually to confirm it there was)- vacuums hitting the walls, furniture being moved, stuff being dropped onto the floors- but the worst was very loud conversations about things that should not be discussed in a work environment at a $500/night hotel. In order to mask the noise, we put on some music in our room (at 5pm mind you) and 10 minutes later we got a knock on the door reporting the music was too loud! The next morning we woke up to our neighbors laughing hysterically and blasting Taylor swift (and hey, I’m a swiftie myself), but the loud cackling is not something I want to be woken up to on vacation. I am really sad to say I will not stay here again. It was definitely not worth spending almost $500 for one night.

Cute renovated old hotel with the vintage elevator very charming. However, I booked the hotel because it was promoted as a hotel with a spa. However, it did not have a spa and recommended a spa that was several miles away. Although I think I might go back cute.

房間設施簡潔，喜歡這個風格。公共區域有很棒的泳池和酒吧。酒店位置在芭芭拉市中心胖，步行可達主街很方便。去海邊需要開車，每天收取30美元停車費。

Great location but the rooms are very small.

The parking at $40 a night plus tax is too high, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Pool and hot tub were great and a nice relaxing atmosphere by the fires they light at night.

Het was echt een leuke reis. Het hele hotelpersoneel is erg vriendelijk. Ze hebben allemaal een warme glimlach op hun gezicht en behandelen iedereen gelijk. Zodra we de binnenplaats opreden, duwde iemand een karretje om ons te helpen onze bagage in te laden. Mijn zoon was zo ontroerd dat hij hem twintig dollar gaf. Het incheckpersoneel was erg vriendelijk en regelde een kamer bij het zwembad, alsof ze wisten dat ik van zwemmen hield. Het hotel biedt veel gratis extra's aan, zoals speciale tandemfietsen, die zo cool zijn dat voorbijgangers er jaloers op zijn. Ze gaven ons ook een heleboel gratis kortingsbonnen voor drankjes, die we tijdens ons verblijf van zeven dagen niet hebben opgebruikt, totdat we vertrokken. Vooral het eten is zo lekker dat we, ook al wonen we daar niet meer, speciaal hierheen komen om het te proeven! Het hotel ligt heel dicht bij het strand, aan de overkant van de weg. 's Nachts is het landschap ook prachtig. En het is heel veilig. Er is maar één ding: om een ​​of andere reden lijken de gasten hier niet erg vriendelijk te zijn tegen Chinezen. Als ik ga zwemmen, tonen sommigen van hen hun afkeer. Ik denk dat het door de coronapandemie komt! Sterker nog, ze begrijpen de waarheid over de nieuwe coronapandemie helemaal niet. Het enige wat we kunnen zeggen is dat hun kennis nog steeds erg beperkt is, of zelfs dat ze helemaal niet van God houden! Mensen over de hele wereld hebben daadwerkelijk verschillen in domein, cultureel niveau en cognitie. Ik geloof dat ze zich zullen schamen als ze de waarheid horen. Maar alle medewerkers van het hotel moeten echt een dikke duim omhoog geven aan het sterrenstelsel 👍! U bent werkelijk goed opgeleid en God zal u zeker zegenen. Ook al is de uitrusting wat verouderd, toch kiezen wij voor deze vakantieplek!
