Excelente espaço, atendimento e cuidado com os clientes. A casa é ótima, com todas as comodidades, a cama é super confortável e é um espaço super central.

De eigendom en de dienst zijn geweldig

Het hotel was geweldig en was de meest aangename herinnering van de hele reis. De inrichting is eenvoudig en stijlvol, de faciliteiten zijn goed en de kamer is ruim en comfortabel. De bediening was erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en het diner zijn superlekker en overheerlijk, overtreffen de viersterrennormen en zijn niet duur, met een zeer hoge kosteneffectiviteit. Wir waren für einen Tag in Evora und wurden sehr angenehm begrüßt. Der Hotelier hat uns wirklich alles sehr gut und freundlich erklärt und die wichtigsten Punkte auf einer Karte für uns markiert. Das Zimmer war gut und schön eingerichtet. Das Bett eventuell etwas zu weich und das Zimmer leicht hellhörig aber alles in allem wirklich klasse ! Das Frühstück ebenfalls sehr angenehm.

I love the wooden floorings of the hotels and the rooms as it gives off a cozy vibe. The room is very clean. The toilet and shower is also up to expectations. However, there are a few drawbacks. The room doesn’t come with a fridge or a hot water flask, so we had to get hot water directly from the tap, which wasn’t very convenient. Nonetheless, there is a water dispenser with cold water available near the lift landing area, which was helpful for quick refills. The Wi-Fi was also on the weaker side, I struggled to play my games in the evenings, and the connection dropped quite often. One thing I found a bit unsettling was the horse portraits hanging in the corridors. A few times, they startled me when I looked up from my phone – they have a slightly creepy vibe, especially at night. Also, the corridor leading to my room got noticeably darker the deeper I went in, which made me feel a bit anxious coming and going. That said, I really appreciated the reception team. They were helpful and friendly, and provided great information about the express buses in and out of town, which made our day trips much smoother. All in all, Moov is a clean and comfortable place to stay with some quirky elements. If you're not too dependent on strong Wi-Fi or extra in-room amenities, it’s still a decent option.

Ambiente muito agradável e sossegado

Hotel is very close to city centre, comes with sauna, small gym and a rooftop pool/bar. Hotel also offers free parking. Room is very comfortable. Only bone I can pick is the shower cubicle being too small for comfort as it’s in a rectangular shape.

O estacionamento não tinha nenhuma referência na marcação e só na chegada é que informaram que era por ordem de chegada. No WC instalaram uma prateleira de vidro sobre o lavatório ( de dimensões reduzidas) o que torna muito dificil alguns atos de higiene, nomeadamente lavar o rosto. O serviço de pequeno almoço era bom e com boa oferta mas tinha alguns tipos de produtos já com alguns dias, nomeadamente o pão de mistura com sementes.

Excelentes instalações, pessoal extremamente atencioso, os quartos são de muita boa qualidade, dorme se muito bem, muito bem insonorizados, não se ouvia barulho nenhum dos outros hospedes. Pequeno almoço impecável e adaptado para celíacos. Recomendo vivamente

Li alguns comentários acerca do hotel que me levaram a ficar receoso com a minha estadia. De tudo o que li negativo acerca do hotel não senti durante a minha estadia. O quarto limpo, atendimento impecável. Pequeno almoço com muita variedade e qualidade. A piscina interior com água quente, o jacuzzi em pleno funcionamento. A nível de localização fica a 5 min do centro. Foi uma agradável estadia. Repetirei se lá voltar.
