Super welcoming staff, amazing buffet breakfast which is a great bonus especially in China. Perfect location, walking distance to the lake and next to lots of bus stops. "The location is very good. It is just walkng distance to the famous sightseeing, Moon River Historic Street. The staffs are nice, helpful & willing to advise valuable tourist information. Also, they provide customers free washing machine services. It is very convenient to customers. However, one thing to be improved. No luggage rack provided in the hotel room. It is very bad for the old guy because their knee always not in good condition. Thanks to the staffs that they finally provide us 4 chairs to put on the luggage case. They are kind to us & tried their best to sort out our problem."

"One of the best Atour hotels I have stayed at. The lobby was big and new, the room was spacious and clean. The in-room-controlled air-conditioning was perfect for people who like it a bit cool. Some other hotels have turned on central heating in November, and we could not adjust the temperature in the room. We were glad we could adjust the temperature in our room at this hotel. The location was good, we walked to Yuehe Street in the evening."
