"Once again, another good experience here. This was our second Christmas spent here. The pool was well heated most days and the play area was good fun. Unfortunately the arcade was closed, this was very disappointing as we were not informed, and this was a big part of re-visiting. The other downside is the lack of vegetarian food options, even after some requests, I still found bacon in my food. Very grateful to the staff at breakfast who made requests for meatless food for our children and the ladies at the pool who facilitated all of our sessions. Beautiful lights display, though sometimes a bit loud quite late when children are sleeping. Lovely location, used the bikes for a nice ride along the lake."

"We had an incredible time at this resort — the scenery alone is breathtaking, but everything else made it even more special. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, the activities were plentiful and fun, the buffet was delicious with so many options, and the staff went above and beyond in every way. A special shoutout to the amazing G.Os: Hans, Mary, Ben, Reese, Zaizai — and of course, the wonderful General Manager, Rocky, whose leadership created such a warm and welcoming “home away from home” feeling for us. Qiandaohu Radisson Resort Hotel

"We stayed for two days with our one-year-old. The room was quite spacious, and the vanity area was large enough to double as a temporary changing station for diapers. The pool area was very clean, with three outdoor pools. One was extremely shallow, perfect for toddlers – our one-year-old could sit down and the water would reach their belly. There was also a heated circular pool and several other small hot springs, which were very comfortable. However, they closed at 6 PM, which felt a bit early. Next door is the Duck Paradise, which wasn't very engaging for a one-year-old, but would be great for older kids to burn off energy. Breakfast was plentiful, with options even our little one enjoyed, and baby tableware was provided. The hotel also has a kids' play area. It’s not as big or with as many facilities as places like Sun Park, but it's perfectly adequate for an occasional session in the ball pit and stays open until 9 PM. The gym was also quite good, with all the basic equipment. Driving out for meals wasn't too far either. The service was excellent, with staff members readily available to help with any issues. Anna and Wendy handled our check-in and check-out smoothly, and were always available to assist with anything we needed. On the downside, the hotel doesn't have a laundry room with a dryer, which was inconvenient for drying swimsuits after a dip. Also, the parking lot lacks EV charging stations. We had to drive about a kilometer away to charge our electric car, and even then, those spots were often occupied by non-charging vehicles, forcing us to drive even further out, which was quite inconvenient."

"Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn"

住進風景裏，更住進了用心的温暖 給這家民宿打五星都嫌不夠！首先必須誇“歡迎”同學——那衹緬因貓簡直是治癒神器，性格温順到可以隨便rua，抱着它在院子裏曬太陽，瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。 老闆的體驗安排太懂遊客了！夕陽下的皮划艇不是走馬觀花，而是慢慢感受湖水的清澈和光影的變化，“水裡任逍遙”的快樂親身經歷才知道多爽；私人定製的環湖騎行路線更是寶藏，沒有擁擠的人流，衹有純粹的湖光山色，隨手拍都是大片。 早餐是另一個驚喜，食材新鮮、營養均衡，連小份的水果都切得整整齊齊，能看出上海夫婦的細緻和用心，這種家一樣的温暖，是連鎖酒店永遠給不了的。離開時收到的紀念禮物更是意外之喜，這份真誠太打動人，已經把它推薦給所有要去千島湖的朋友了！

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible. And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else. The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment. I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

房間都在獨立別墅裏，整個環境安逸舒適。房間給免費升級的，很大，有獨立陽台。冷氣和熱水都很好。 前台衹要有一個人，旅客多時需要等。早餐比較豐盛，可以去露台或草地上吃，非常貼近自然。入住後可在湖邊欣賞夕陽，酒店湖邊是一個自由營地，草坪很大很開闊，漫步時有英式莊園感覺。附近有熱氣球基地，啤酒小鎮也不遠。

The hotel is located in the best spot in the town, so you you'll find it very convenient roaming around from here. The place is surrounded by the best fish restaurants. There's a bike rental right in front of the hotel. The room was clean is spacious. The shower is awesome in case you need to warm yourself up real quick after a winter walk. I strongly recommend to you to get a round corner room (ours was 2607) with the city view, in this case you'll have a purely magnificent panoramic view on the mountain valley to the Sunset side + city with the night city lights + a part of the lake (check out the photos). The service was great. They brought us fruit as a Chinese New Year gift. We had a late train back to Hangzhou and the weather was nasty outside, they agreed to let us stay until 20:00 for half the price. The TV had a lot of movies in English, so it was great too. Breakfast was a typical Chinese one, but I found something for myself as well and it was enough. The mini fridge was removed from the room for some weird reason, as I understand, since there's a place for it, but that's not a big deal. We had an awesome time staying here and definitely will come here again soon!

The hotel is near the qiandaohu central boat port, and it is convenient to walk to the port, which takes only about 10 minutes to walk to the port. On the way to the port, there are streets that sell food and ice cream. The room is clean, and the service is good. However, the toilet is a bit small.

We spent 2 nights at Moxy in October during the national holiday period. The price-quality ratio was very high- the room was clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast had a lot of western and Chinese options to choose from. The location of the hotel is very convenient if driving- it was in the middle point between all the attractions we planned for our stay, and it was right next to a mall with a few dining options. The only negative points are quite loud ac unit outside that creates a low-frequency noise that can bother more sensitive sleepers-my boyfriend woke up with a headache due to the noise. Another thing is the service- we called the reception late in the evening to ask if there are other rooms available due to noisy families staying next door to us; the receptionist said they did have rooms available, but she could not guarantee they would be quiet, so she did not offer to switch the room. I understand you cannot guarantee it, but it wouldn't hurt if you could let us try- it was late and we just wanted to get an early night sleep.

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.
