"Once again, another good experience here. This was our second Christmas spent here. The pool was well heated most days and the play area was good fun. Unfortunately the arcade was closed, this was very disappointing as we were not informed, and this was a big part of re-visiting. The other downside is the lack of vegetarian food options, even after some requests, I still found bacon in my food. Very grateful to the staff at breakfast who made requests for meatless food for our children and the ladies at the pool who facilitated all of our sessions. Beautiful lights display, though sometimes a bit loud quite late when children are sleeping. Lovely location, used the bikes for a nice ride along the lake."

"We had an incredible time at this resort — the scenery alone is breathtaking, but everything else made it even more special. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, the activities were plentiful and fun, the buffet was delicious with so many options, and the staff went above and beyond in every way. A special shoutout to the amazing G.Os: Hans, Mary, Ben, Reese, Zaizai — and of course, the wonderful General Manager, Rocky, whose leadership created such a warm and welcoming “home away from home” feeling for us. "We stayed at the Radisson on its opening day. They even upgraded our room when we checked in, and since we had a child with us, they gave us a kids' breakfast voucher. The service was impeccable, with none of the usual chaos you'd expect from a newly opened hotel. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with a kids' club and a swimming pool, which my child absolutely loved. On the day we checked out, after we'd already returned the room, my child was still playing in the pool. Ms. Anna at the front desk thoughtfully arranged for us to use the bathroom in the yoga room for a quick shower, which was incredibly considerate. Even today, my child is still talking about wanting to stay at the Radisson again when we visit Qiandao Lake next time."

"Just decided to spend an extended weekend and booked a room with a balcony to enjoy the view of the vast lake. 1215 was a huge room with basic amenities and an attractive balcony overlooking the huge lake. The hotel is conveniently located next to the busy square and has all kinds of restaurants. The hotel staff provided an early checkin. Despite thier inability to speak English, they would go out of their way to help me. I want to specially mention Zheng who could speak English and was so helpful to help me order food and look for a spa. In fact she took the trouble of calling the spa and booking an appointment for me. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a weekend sojourn"

住進風景裏，更住進了用心的温暖 給這家民宿打五星都嫌不夠！首先必須誇“歡迎”同學——那衹緬因貓簡直是治癒神器，性格温順到可以隨便rua，抱着它在院子裏曬太陽，瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。 老闆的體驗安排太懂遊客了！夕陽下的皮划艇不是走馬觀花，而是慢慢感受湖水的清澈和光影的變化，“水裡任逍遙”的快樂親身經歷才知道多爽；私人定製的環湖騎行路線更是寶藏，沒有擁擠的人流，衹有純粹的湖光山色，隨手拍都是大片。 早餐是另一個驚喜，食材新鮮、營養均衡，連小份的水果都切得整整齊齊，能看出上海夫婦的細緻和用心，這種家一樣的温暖，是連鎖酒店永遠給不了的。離開時收到的紀念禮物更是意外之喜，這份真誠太打動人，已經把它推薦給所有要去千島湖的朋友了！

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, my amazing journey began. They greeted me with refreshing fruit tea and drove me to my room. Thanks for the upgrade! The view from my room is incredible. And let’s not forget our amazing housekeeper, Miya. She made everything so smooth and always met our needs. She booked cars for us, arranged a spa day, took care of our food, and did everything else. The spa is a must-try! Room number 2 has a truly amazing view. But the most incredible experience was the firefly release ceremony. As we walked to the center of the island, they provided drinks and food, and the music played. We released all these beautiful fireflies, and it was an unforgettable moment. I’m so sorry I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the other activities and explore the whole island. I’ll definitely come back and explore next time. This place is truly deserving of a longer stay.

Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

房間都在獨立別墅裏，整個環境安逸舒適。房間給免費升級的，很大，有獨立陽台。冷氣和熱水都很好。 前台衹要有一個人，旅客多時需要等。早餐比較豐盛，可以去露台或草地上吃，非常貼近自然。入住後可在湖邊欣賞夕陽，酒店湖邊是一個自由營地，草坪很大很開闊，漫步時有英式莊園感覺。附近有熱氣球基地，啤酒小鎮也不遠。

Hé daar! Ik had net de meest verbazingwekkende 5-night thuisverblijf ervaring die ik niet kan verwachten om je te vertellen! Dit verborgen juweel is een perfecte mix van verbazingwekkende natuurlijke schoonheid en moderne luxe. Het appartement is omgeven door glijdende groene heuvels en bossen, met adembenemende uitzichten die u in vrees zullen laten. Het onbegrensde zwembad is absoluut prachtig, en de kamers zijn super comfortabel en stijlvol. Bovendien zijn de buitenruimte perfect voor ontspanning en de nachtlicht creëert een zo romantische en gezellige sfeer. Maar wat echt dit verblijf onvergetelijk maakte was de ongelooflijke hospitalisatie van het personeel. Zij gingen boven en verder om ons thuis te voelen en om ons te bezorgen. De warmte, de vriendelijkheid en de echte zorg voor ons welzijn hebben ons hart diep aangeraakt. Na het einde van ons verblijf voelden zij ons als familie. De banden die we met deze geweldige mensen hebben gevormd, zullen voor altijd bij ons blijven, en we kunnen niet wachten om ze snel weer te bezoeken. Vertrouw me, dit is niet alleen een bezoek voor zijn schoonheid, maar ook voor de prachtige mensen die het echt speciaal maken!

The room was very comfortable and spacious for the family of 4 of us. Unfortunately the weather was against us and rained everyday whole day during our visit and couldn’t go do sightseeing by foot. The “guest bathroom” drain was releasing a very unpleasant stinky smell throughout our visit. Highly recommend to spend a few RMB and buy the drain smell problem solver (see picture attached). Promise it will solve the problem!! Installed it in all our apartments where we lived in China that had the same issue. Our daughter (and us) enjoyed the playroom even though the a/c systems did not allow warm air to heat the room (setting was on hot= 35 degrees Celsius, high speed, but never went over 15 degrees Celsius). Cleanliness could be looked at, lots of human hair lying around. Reception could possibly take an English course to accommodate non-Chinese speakers, but the language translator came in handy. Breakfast was mainly Chinese like. But good variety, shouldn’t go hungry.

We spent 2 nights at Moxy in October during the national holiday period. The price-quality ratio was very high- the room was clean, spacious, with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast had a lot of western and Chinese options to choose from. The location of the hotel is very convenient if driving- it was in the middle point between all the attractions we planned for our stay, and it was right next to a mall with a few dining options. The only negative points are quite loud ac unit outside that creates a low-frequency noise that can bother more sensitive sleepers-my boyfriend woke up with a headache due to the noise. Another thing is the service- we called the reception late in the evening to ask if there are other rooms available due to noisy families staying next door to us; the receptionist said they did have rooms available, but she could not guarantee they would be quiet, so she did not offer to switch the room. I understand you cannot guarantee it, but it wouldn't hurt if you could let us try- it was late and we just wanted to get an early night sleep.

We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully.

We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend
