Very helpful staff and very sincere in attending to our questions! A nice quiet hotel that’s near to 河街 and overall a very comfortable stay! The staff was very attentive and helped us receive our buys too! They took the extra mile and even provided us with some drinks and snacks after we checked out! 👍👍👍

I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

Comfortable hotel near Changde station. Very helpful staff: they try to speak English and they are able to have themselves understood. If you have to catch an early train, be reminded that the breakfast starts at 7 (we would have been allowed to have a takeaway breakfast but we didn't have time to).

I had a great experience in this hotel, hotel was really nice and clean, amenities and room cleaned daily, it is really premium hotel experience. I went to a hotel restaurant, we were a group of around 8 people food was really nice and service was good I recommend this hotel, will come back :)

設施：裝修比較老的款式，傢俱什麼的也比較久了，但是整體衞生都不錯，還算比較滿意，窗外景色也不錯 服務：前台很熱情，入住會主動詢問偏好安排房間，服務很好，點外賣高峯期機器人忙不過來會有小姐姐幫忙送上來

首先要誇的是停車場 —— 自駕出行最擔心停車難，這家酒店完全沒讓人操心。跟着導航輕鬆找到入口，停車場空間特別寬敞，車位規劃得很合理，就算是新手也能輕鬆停好車，對比之前住過的那些擠得轉不開身的酒店停車場，體驗感直接拉滿。 辦理入住後走進房間，第一感覺就是 “乾淨”！床單被罩平整無污漬，桌面、牀頭櫃一塵不染，連衞生間的角落都打掃得很徹底，沒有絲毫異味。娛樂設施也很實用，累了一天窩在柔軟的大床上看看劇，疲憊感瞬間消散，睡眠質量超棒。 第二天的早餐更是驚喜，餐廳環境明亮整潔，菜品豐富到讓人選擇困難 —— 熱菜、涼菜、點心、水果、飲品一應俱全，口味也很地道，偏愛中式粥品，都能找到合心意的食物，吃得特別滿足。 最讓人暖心的是前台服務，從辦理入住時耐心介紹酒店設施，到離店時主動詢問入住體驗，工作人員始終保持着熱情的態度，有問必答、有求必應，細節處的貼心讓人印象深刻。 總之，這次住宿體驗全程無槽點，性價比超高，已經推薦給身邊朋友，下次來這邊還會選這家！

客房乾淨衞生，服務員熱情周到，一進門就送上涼茶。酒店位置非常優越，距景點步行街夜市江邊兒都非常近，非常的方便，停車也很方便，適合自駕。由於匆忙沒有拍照片。

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

De kinderen vonden het geweldig. Ik ging met de kinderen van mijn vriend. Beide kinderen vonden het zo leuk dat ze weigerden terug te komen en opnieuw wilden gaan. Ik denk dat het enige nadeel is dat het à-la-carterestaurant van het hotel duur is, de service-instelling gemiddeld is en de smaak van het eten gemiddeld is. Onze driejarige baby, de ober, gaf ons heel heet kokend water, en ik nam het, en het was zomer. Ik vroeg haar om haar koud water te geven, en ze antwoordde dat ze het niet had bij de receptie om te kletsen. Als er geen water of papier was, zouden we het moeten doen. Ga naar de receptie om het zelf te halen (het is verbazingwekkend.) Toen ik naar de receptie ging om water te schenken, ontdekte ik dat. er was een waterdispenser met ijswater. Ik was verrast waarom de ober me vertelde dat er geen ijswater was. Hij gaf ons direct gekookt water. Gelukkig hadden de kinderen geen tijd om het te drinken Ook was het gehaktbrood dat we bestelden eigenlijk gebakken broodjes. Ik weet niet wat er is gebeurd. gevoel Er is nog ruimte voor verbetering in dit hotel, dus de service krijgt 4 punten. Er is nog ruimte voor verbetering.
