Hotels met ontbijt in Durres

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at La Onda Hotel in Durres. The service was very good from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They truly give their best to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with plenty of nice options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we needed. It is also very neat, clean, and has a beautiful look. You can tell they take good care of the place. We had a great experience and would happily stay there again. We definitely recommend it.

The hotel was amazing! The staff was amazing especially the gentleman with the glasses at reception was so kind and understanding. We are very picky and have high standards for cleanliness and quality and these were all met. The restaurant food was amazing! We had it almost everyday. Sometimes restaurant service was slightly slow but other than that there were no issues at all!

Absolutely lovely hotel and great location quiet enough but close enough to all the great spots. The staff such as Mario, Teira (sure I am spelling it wrong) were all so wonderful. Slightly disappointed on the beach area considering its a premium hotel and was surprised at no access to room service. Could not even get ice as the in-room fridge is more like a wine cooler with not much cooling.

It was an amazing hotel, clean and nearby to beach. There is no much photo on online accounta of the hotel but absolutely loved it, I will come back soon.

Het hotel is mooi – het ligt aan de kust, heeft een zwembad met ligstoelen en muziek, en er zijn handdoeken beschikbaar. Het heeft een eigen toegang tot de zee en een klein stukje strand, ook met ligstoelen. Ik had een kamer met zeezicht gekozen – die had inderdaad een balkon en een prachtig uitzicht. Er zijn geen toiletartikelen in de badkamer; die moet je bij de receptie aanvragen. Ik was teleurgesteld over het eten – het ontbijt is gewoonweg het slechtste dat je je kunt voorstellen. Er zijn komkommers, tomaten, een paar soorten kaas en vleeswaren. De roereieren waren echt vreemd. Ontbijtgranen. De ene dag waren er pannenkoeken, de t****e dag een soort koekje en de derde dag koekjes. Ze zetten koffie, maar er zijn geen grote kopjes. Uitchecken is om 10:00 uur, hoewel Tripcom 11:00 uur aangeeft. Het stadscentrum is ver weg, niet op loopafstand, en er rijden geen bussen, alleen taxi's. Er zijn genoeg restaurants, supermarkten en wisselkantoren in de buurt. De boulevard is lang. Het hotel was prima voor een strandvakantie, maar het eten was een ramp.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very close to the beach so it was very accessible to go to the beach anytime and most of the restaurants were by the beach so it was very nice and lovely. The overall stay was very nice but there were one thing I didn't like there. We didn't have the kettle and water bottle and coffee or tea sachet because most of the hotels would have them in the room. It was a little bit disappointing to know they don't provide that service in the hotel and we have to buy water ourselves. Otherwise, the whole stay was lovely.

The accomodation and congeniality are good value. The proprietor handled a difficult weather situation with speed and abilities. There was an extreme weather situation beyond the city’s ability to handle it yet John was present and helpful throughout the difficult period. Again the communal outdoor cooking and kitchen facilities could be drastically improved to match the comfort of the accommodations.  For the value 4/5.
