Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

We hebben een heel leuk verblijf gehad in Hotel La Croix, het ligt op loopafstand van het strand. Toen we daar voor het eerst aankwamen, hadden we gevraagd of we mogelijk een kamer met uitzicht konden krijgen en kregen we aanvankelijk te horen dat onze aanvankelijk toegewezen kamer zich op het lagere niveau bevond en uitzicht op de constructie had. Manager bood aan om ons tegen een vergoeding te upgraden naar een kamer op een hogere verdieping. Het heeft een heel mooi uitzicht op het strand, maar omdat de kamer 2 ramen heeft, is de andere kant nog steeds een constructie-uitzicht. Bedden zijn comfortabel en de kamer heeft alles wat we nodig hebben. Vanwege de upgrade hadden we toegang gekregen tot de Monkey Pod-kamer, die gratis mineraalwater, ingeblikte drankjes en snacks verstrekte. Over het algemeen hadden we een aangenaam verblijf daar. Ik heb niet van het zwembad kunnen genieten, maar het is ook leuk dat het hotel een ABC-winkel beneden heeft en 's ochtends gratis koffie in de lobby.

Wij vonden ons verblijf leuk! 🌴 Het personeel was zeer welkom, en alles was perfect geregeld. Het onbegrensde zwembad met een oceaanzicht was absoluut verbazingwekkend, en de live muziek in de avond maakte zo'n magische vibe. Een prachtige plek om alles te ontspannen was gewoon perfect! 💫

Melissa, Jessie en de heer Kalani waren allemaal geweldige dienstverleners! Dankzij hen heb ik hier een van de beste en meest comfortabele verblijven gehad. Ze staan ​​altijd klaar om tegemoet te komen en te helpen! Ze beginnen echter meestal rond de middag tot de avond te verschuiven! De faciliteiten waren ook allemaal geweldig! Het was nooit een te zware taak om een ​​magnetron en een koelbox te hebben en om extra voorzieningen zoals tandenborstels en bodylotion te kunnen vragen. Het ligt ook dicht bij 2 grote winkelcentra, namelijk Waikiki en de internationale marktplaats. Het was op loopafstand van andere grote merknamen en je kunt gemakkelijk meedoen aan het plezier op straat. Het enige nadeel waren de andere klanten en hoe dun de muren waren - wat zelfs midden in de nacht geluiden en praten betekende. Maar verder was het een geweldig verblijf. Ook geweldig voor individuele reizigers :)

와이키키 바로 앞이라 위치 좋고요 제가 묵은 방에는 벌레 없었고 청결도 좋았습니다 다만 룸 카드키가 잘 작동하지 않았는데 (3번 프론트에 왔다갔다 함) 직원들이 빠르게 도와주었습니다 직원들이 24시간 프론트에 있어서 좋고 보안도 잘 되는 것 같아요 (오후 6시 이후 호텔 출입문 자체가 룸카드키가 있어여 열림) 비치 타올 쁜만 아니라, 튜브, 돗자리, 비치 체어도 빌려줘서 편했습니다 :D

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)

It was a truly wonderful experience at the airport, with such friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling with my three children, and everyone was incredibly kind and supportive.

建物、エレベーターなど元々の設備は古いです。部分的にリニューアルしてるようなので、それほど不便は無いです。フロントは英語のみですが、こちらの意思を伝えると丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃など従業員の方も親切です。

Excellent location for the price. Hotel is mid but I got a real good deal out of it so not gonna complain. Great view if you get one of the upper floors
