I did not report this that night because the poor team member was dealing with 3 very drunk and load men in the bar. In the morning when I did report this i was told to contact Head Office."

"Mijn verblijf in Easthampstead was een zeer goede ervaring! Dit was mijn tweede verblijf en ik hou van hun gastvrijheid, service, ontbijt en de meeste beschikbare voorzieningen. Ze herinneren me altijd aan mijn stijl. Het was mijn verjaardag die week en ik moest haar daar brengen voor het weekend om haar een beetje van huis te krijgen en we werden welkom met een verjaardagskaart voor haar en een taart om haar te vieren. Ze was echt opgewonden en ze hield van het verblijf. De ontvanger was tijdens het weekend absoluut uitstekend met hun werk. Inchecken en uitchecken was net zo goed als altijd. Ik ben echt blij dat ik kwam en ik hoop u volgende keer te zien. Ik zou deze plek aan iedereen die wil blijven of bij elke gelegenheid. Dank u wel."

"The room was small but clean. However on attempting to eat in the evening we were given a menu that was stuffy with a list of food suitable only for ravenous teenagers who don’t care what they eat. We sat at a table which was so dirty and sticky that we left immediately. Would not reccomend this Hotel to anyone."

"Good location just a short walk to main shopping/restaurant area and parking is included in the price (albeit a terribly tight spot. I had to climb out of passenger side to get out) Communication with the landlord was good and they were quick to respond. Property access details were easy to follow, once I managed to locate the lockbox to get the key, after which everything was fine and the lifts etc all work efficiently. The apartment itself was however, a big disappointment; I wasn’t expecting luxurious penthouse living, but the apartment I stayed in (208) was very bad. As soon as I entered I was almost knocked out by a disgusting stench coming from the bedroom. I couldn’t tell if it was vomit, excrement or both. It smelled disgusting, even with all windows open. The carpet in the bedroom definitely needed replacing or at the very least a proper deep clean. I did notify the landlord about this issue straight away, and did receive a response, but wasn’t offered a room change and nobody came to try and rectify the issue. The apartment is sparsely furnished, which was fine, but nevertheless very grubby & dusty. Kitchen facilities were fine although, apart from 1 scouring sponge and a bottle of washing up liquid, there was no surface cleaner or dish cloths to keep the place clean. There was some tea/coffee sachets provided but the tea bags had obviously been there ages as they had stains all over them and stuck to the paper so couldnt use. I was there for 5 nights but was only provided with one very small ‘bottle’ of shampoo. Shower worked great. WiFi was ok but often dropped in and out so had to keep resetting devices. I’ve stayed in worse and better places, but probably wouldn’t book this place again, unless you’re just using it for one night as a place to sleep for a few hours. Speaking of which, the mattress also needed replacing as I could feel the springs digging in no matter what part of the bed I lay on."

"Arriving in the early hours of the morning, we were warmly greeted by Anna. She directed us to our room and provided us with all the information needed for our stay. Anna was extremely friendly which was lovely as we were so tired following a lengthy journey. The Premier Plus room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The following morning, Viki, who was on duty at breakfast, made sure we were well looked after. Thank you Anna and Viki for a memorable stay. We will return if we need somewhere to stay in the Bracknell area again."

"The hotel in this heat 3rd floor should not be open. It was horrendous and hell. All we were given was 1 x small desk fan. When asked about another to help this was refused. It was hell. No air and we all slept awful. Sweating from the moment we stepped in the lift. Staff were not welcoming even at breakfast barely spoke to anyone. Breakfast was not the best - sausages tasted awful. Croissants were dry. Really not the best experience at all."

"De warmste dag van de reis, twee nachten in het hotel. De eerste dag was erg ontevreden. De kleine kamer van de receptie in India heeft een kamer zonder airconditioning geregeld. De ventilator is nog steeds slecht. Het hotel heeft een bruiloft die nacht, en het is tot 1 uur 's avonds. Ik sliep pas om 2 uur 's ochtends. Ons kamer was altijd met een deur op een deur. Om vijf uur kwam ik er zo snel uit als de lucht in de kamer. Ik wil echt een mist buiten. Danilia op de ontvangstkamer van die ochtend was zeer professioneel. Ik wist dat ik mijn super ontevredenheid had opgewaardeerd en het was gecompenseerd. Maar ik vergat ons nog om onze bagage naar onze kamer te sturen en beloofde het. Het grootste probleem in het algemeen is dat het personeel niet genoeg is. De barservice is de hele dag alleen en werkt tot de hoofdlijn. Dit hotel is een historische reputatie, maar de problemen van de manager en de eigenaar hebben de ervaring beïnvloed. Ik ben blij dat ze Daiallia's slimme machines en slimheid hebben teruggekeerd. Ik wil ook hun tuinman Phil noemen, die al 26 jaar in dit grote huis en het grote park heeft geserveerd en veel van het huis heeft verteld. Een zeer vriendelijke en geliefde Britse minister. Hij is ook de reden waarom ik in de toekomst zal blijven. Ik hoop dat het hotelbeheer verbeterd en de mensen toenemen. Anders verdient het echt niet deze prachtige historische logeerplaats en de onschuldige tuin."

"This is the absolutely most appalling hotel to stay in. The 'bathroom' in the room is merely a converted cupboard, with a broken shower that was not adequate to wash in, mould all around it and soaked the whole carpet floor - as the door had to be left open since the extractor fan was broken and the heat from the shower set all the smoke alarms!! The bed is not adequate for an adult to sleep in and I was digusted to find female products left in the bed - which leads me to think the bedsheets hadn't even been changed in between guests!!! The 'tea' making facilities in the room are laughable and the maid didn't even bother to restock it on the last 2 days of my stay, so not even a hot drink in the morning after another shocking nights sleep. A plug socket was broken, the TV was hanging off the wall on one hook and the curtains are the most flimsy, cheapest things, so don't do anything to block the light. The maid likes to open & slam the other bedroom doors from around 5am most days - along with the staff of the pub having very loud conversations in the garden first thing in the morning. This a mid range price hotel when I booked it, but in all honesty the hotel should PAY YOU to even consider staying there - avoid at all costs!!"
