After checking me in and handing over the room card, she just said 'that's it.' There was no information about where the elevator is, or what time breakfast is served. I think she needs more pre-job training."

The service is remarkable, very good and makes people feel very comfortable. The room layout and design are also in line with most people's aesthetics. Secondly, the not so good thing is the hygiene of the carpet. This is something that many hotels fail to do well. Stains and even some residues are difficult to clean (a common problem with carpets, which cannot be entirely blamed on the cleaning staff). I hope the hotel can improve and update carpet cleaning facilities. I wish your store will get better and better. Overall it was a very good experience. Thank you for your service and help."
