"De zonsondergang bij de heilige berg Yala (het zogeheten 'gouden berg'-fenomeen) hebben we door de dichte mist helaas niet kunnen zien. De verspreide zuurstofvoorziening van 'Hoogland Zorgeloos' (tussen 20:00 en 08:00 de volgende dag) leek totaal geen effect te hebben; ik had de hele nacht hoofdpijn. Ik wilde de volgende ochtend zodra ik wakker werd het hoogland zo snel mogelijk verlaten. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid, maar met mijn hoofdpijn had ik absoluut geen eetlust. Na even rondgelopen te hebben, voelde ik me al een stuk beter, dus gingen we met z'n allen nog een stukje wandelen op de nabijgelegen graslanden. De blauwe lucht, witte wolken en de uitgestrekte graslanden, met de met sneeuw bedekte berg Yala op de achtergrond – het zag er werkelijk prachtig uit! Na een rondje wandelen over de graslanden voelde ik me weer helemaal opgeladen en konden we er weer vol tegenaan!"

"酒店很滿意！環境乾淨整潔，住着很舒服，夜晚還有供養，高反人離不開供氧 有一位店員詩微小姐姐服務特別好，因為家人高反嚴重嘔吐，大半夜的她還幫我們來打掃了下洗手間，實在是太不好意思了，她還一直表示沒事的沒事的，太感謝她了，點贊！"

"This hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good."

"I love this hotel alot. Room is really big. Front desk is a really nice girl!! Room has great amenities - heated floor, oxygen pumped, diffuser. Breakfast was great. Was a set meal due to low number of travellers staying. Laundry room was available. However, dryer’s timing is super off. Waited the entire night for my clothes to dry."

"因為是臨時決定去玩，所以訂房比較晚，衹有大床房了，還好床夠大，老闆很貼心的加了被子和枕頭，我們是下午4點過到的，進到房間床已經暖好了，房間衞生乾淨，很舒服，吃飯也很方便，晚上吃的湯鍋挺好，早上早餐也很豐富，離埡口也不遠，去看日照金山挺方便的"

"The newly opened hotel facilities are brand new and complete. The moment you drag your luggage into the sightseeing elevator, you are half tired. You don't have to climb the stairs with your bulky luggage in the plateau area. It is really a great happiness! After entering the house, it is more relaxed and happy, the whole house is clean and tidy without dead ends, and the sound insulation effect is good and the quality of sleep is super high. It is only a few minutes away from Tagong Grassland, not far from Yala Snow Mountain & Moshi Park, the ring road is super smooth, the price is full, the restaurant is clean and hygienic, the little girl service is good, the portion is sufficient and the taste is good, come to the west of Sichuan to drive and close your eyes and stay without stepping on thunder ❤️"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly attentive and responsive staff. One of our friends experienced altitude sickness during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were so helpful, checking on us the following day to ensure we were okay. This level of care and concern made a huge difference in our experience. On top of the amazing service, the hotel is beautifully decorated and creates a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to stay here. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and beautiful ambiance!"

EGO Hot Spring Resort Hotel

"如果對聲音比較敏感，不要住二層的房間。晚上10點15突然被很大的噪音吵醒，聯繫管家讓工作人員查看，説是地暖設備的聲音，調節後小了一些，但還是吵的人焦躁。老闆馬上給調到了五樓的套房，聽不到設備的噪音了，但已經10點50，好久才睡着。老公和孩子對調節後的噪音程度可以接受，我睡覺比較輕的就完全不行，這種情況酒店最好提前告知客人。剩下的都是優點：1. 所有的服務人員態度都特別好。管家小白所有的問題都能及時回覆，還幫忙穿藏服，編頭髮，手藝好。反映房間噪音問題後工作人員和老闆馬上到房間查看，並及時調換房間。行李箱也有人幫忙運送到房間。2.酒店裝修風格很有格調，審美在線，各處都讓人看着舒服，洗浴產品是帕爾馬之水。3.餐食味道挺好，早餐豐富，每種吃完都可以加。4.要泡私湯時，有人來房間清潔消毒湯池，加水，還挺乾淨。5.活動豐富，可以穿藏服拍照，射箭，槳板，還有收費的叢林探險。確實是挺值得來的酒店。"
