"Faciliteiten: Verouderd, de inrichting van de kamer was oké, maar het hele hotel is vrij oud en de vloer kraakt. Hygiëne: Redelijk, er zaten wat zwarte vlekken op het beddengoed en dekbed. Omgeving: De kamer met zeezicht was prachtig, met drie grote ramen en hoge plafonds. Ik hoorde dat dit de kamer is met het beste uitzicht op zee, maar het is wel direct boven het restaurant, dus je hoort de restaurantmuziek. Service: Het hotel was druk, er stond een rij voor het ontbijt, het inchecken duurde lang en ook bij de receptie moest je wachten. Eerst vroeg ik twee keer aan baliemedewerker A of de kamer klaar was, maar dat was niet zo. Een andere baliemedewerker B was vriendelijker en gaf ons, omdat we zo lang hadden gewacht, twee drankbonnen voor de bar. Locatie: Dicht bij het strand, 5 minuten lopen. Er is een trap naar beneden en ook een kliflift, maar die kost geld, een paar pond per keer, ik weet het niet meer precies. Restaurant: Het is een Frans restaurant, de slakken waren heerlijk en het uitzicht is prachtig."

"Prachtig uitzicht en geweldige service, maar let op de extra's Mijn vrouw en ik verbleven hier van vrijdag tot en met zondag en hebben over het algemeen een fantastische ervaring gehad. Het hoogtepunt was absoluut het vriendelijke personeel – tot onze verrassing kregen we een upgrade naar een prachtige kamer met zeezicht, zonder dat we erom vroegen! De pluspunten: Locatie: Gewoonweg onovertroffen. Het strand en de lokale bezienswaardigheden zijn op loopafstand. Service: Het team was gastvrij en proactief. De minpunten: Extra kosten: We waren teleurgesteld dat er voor de recreatiefaciliteiten (zwembad/fitnessruimte) £5 per persoon per dag in rekening wordt gebracht. Parkeren: Het is behoorlijk duur. Eerlijk gezegd kunt u beter kijken naar de nabijgelegen openbare parkeergarages, die budgetvriendelijker zijn. Al met al een geweldig verblijf vanwege de locatie en het uitzicht, maar houd rekening met de extra kosten."

"This review is about a special member of the staff called "Ayse" I used the lockers to leave my luggage so that I could see more of Bournemouth my last day. I love beach (swimming in sea water) but left my belongings for the beach inside my luggage thinking about the forecast that said that it would be a bad day. I went for a walk and realised that forecast was wrong. I came back to the hotel just in case I could take the clothes for swimming but didn't have hope as I read that once luggage is in the lockers you can't mess around even they may charge you again with new slot! Luckily I found this lovely and nice lady that understood my needs and thanks 🙏 to Aysa I could take them and also let me use the toilet to change my clothes. She really made my day and so greatful to her as It meant a lot to me to be my last day in sea water, swimming is like a therapy for me, as Im not having good days in the last months. Thank you so much and so sorry to the cleaner as I took more time to get changed as I have my monthly women thing. Thank you so much again Aysa. We need more people like her in this world that shows how to be empathetic and understanding."

"HOTEL: Everything was brilliant from the time we arrived to the time we departed. This was our second stay at this hotel. STAFF: Mike at reception made us feel welcome and catered for our needs and wants. He was friendly, informative and generally helpful. He is a credit to the hotel and we appreciated the customer service we recieved from him. Also the filipino lady at breakfast time was very friendly and made us feel welcome as if we knew her a long time. She even remembered my diet requirements every morning without me having to tell her. At the bar/restaurant, they did not have a non alchoholic pina colada on the drinks menu but all the members of staff that made us non alchoholic pina colada did so without question and made it absolutely delicious. I suggested they put that on the drinks menu, I'm sure other customers will enjoy it too. FOOD: The portions were excellent on the starters and main meals and quite filling. The desserts were very limited compared to the last time we stayed at the hotel. I know the reason for this however there was very little to choose from, again I now know why. The chocolate cheesecake on the dessert menu was very disappointing, the base was way too wet with no crunch. At this point I was glad it was a small portion. The lemon sorbet portion was too much but delicious. ROOM: We booked a 3 night stay and by the third day there was a slight smell (maybe the carpet) as if a dog had been in the room but we did not make an issue of it.. (The room next to us had a dog so assumed the room we were in was also a pet inclusive room). We were grateful for the upgrade. SUMMARY: On the whole our experience at the hotel was brilliant. We look forward to booking again in the future."

Er is een korting voor parkeergelegenheid, dus ga eerst naar de receptie om te betalen voor parkeergelegenheid, niet bij aankomst in het parkeergarage. Ik was blij dat ik hier was."
