"Ik huurde een toegankelijke kamer voor bijna $600 voor 3 nachten, behalve dat het niet een was. De toilethandleiding is te hoog, de toiletten te laag. De handgreep in de achterkant van het toilet uit de bereik en volledig nutteloos. De douche had de douchehoofd 6-7 voet hoog aan de rechterkant, de badbank op de linkerwand 5 voet weg. De faucet half weg in het midden ongeveer 5 voet hoog. Geen counterruimte voor de duik. Ik was heel mobiel in vergelijking met mensen op wielstoel, en ik had veel moeite met het gebruik van de regeling. Er was absoluut geen gedachte achter de bouw van de badkamer... een moeilijke scheurende deur zonder handvat. Mattress, aan de linkerkant was erg diep en ongelijk. Algemeen, meestal onafhankelijk, had ik veel problemen met de opstelling die duidelijk slechts zeer minimale ADA-standaard was of niet, en vrij nutteloos. Ik zou er niet meer blijven, maar de les daar was niet te vertrouwen op de advertenties en websites, en altijd te controleren."
