"I absolutely loved this Hotel, I stayed for 9 nights and didn’t want to leave!!! The staff are all amazing, so helpful and friendly. The rooms are practical and very comfortable, mine even had a little kitchenette behind cupboard doors , which I made good use of. The room also had a washing machine. A yummy breakfast was served to my room every morning. There is a cafe on site with very nice pastries including many Gluten Free products. And the steam room/ sauna/ spa area is to die for, exactly what you need at the end of a day out doing winter sports. But the thing that made this hotel stand out the most was the wonderful service from all the staff."

"We waren in het GBNI-team dat deelneemt aan de wereldwijde wintergames. Het hotel werd toegewezen en we waren erg beïnvloed. De hele plek was spotloos, bedden waren comfortabel, ontbijt en diner werd geleverd en was prachtig gekookt en geserveerd. Elke morgen wakker naar het prachtige zicht van de omliggende bergen begon de dag op de beste manieren. Alle personeel was blij en vriendelijk en ging uit hun weg om te helpen. Er was niets te veel moeite. Wanderen naar de stad en de lokale busdiensten waren gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Ik zou de Vallecetta zeker aanbevelen."

"An amazing place to stay for skiers. Excellent location, just in a middle between ski lifts and an old town. Only 5-6 minutes walking to both directions. Amazing service and very kind and attentive ladies operating this small, warm and cozy place. The breakfast was amazing, always fresh, and coffee just perfecto! :) with breakfast you are able to get all the energy you need for skiing:) Room cleaning provided every day. Cosy and very warm rooms are the place you want to come back after being all day on the snow :) Definitely coming back next year! Bravisimo :)"
