"We love Hotel Palace!!! This is the perfect hotel in Bormio for a family and friends ski holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Taking the shuttle to the ski gondola is very easy, but also walking is very quick. The food is delicious, high quality and variety to suit everyone. The 4 course menu changes every night. Children can eat from the regular menu, but they also cater so well for fussy eaters with a choice of kid friendly pastas and meat dishes. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and clean. The spa and jacuzzi are wonderful after skiing. Do not forget to see Bruno at the bar for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles!"

"I think it’s more of a ski lodge type of place. We arrived in a summer heatwave and being told the place does not have a/c and being asked to crank open a window really does not cut it. They have this invention called a FAN. Maybe invest in a few. Apart from that wonderful stay and very helpful staff."

""Gewoon in Hotel Cristallo in Bormio en het was de plek op. De locatie is perfect – in het hart van de stad, dus alles is slechts een korte loopafstand: restaurants, winkels en skiliften. Ons kamer had een geweldig uitzicht direct op de bergen, waardoor elke ochtend wakker voelt speciale.Het eten is een echte highlight. Ontbijt was generös met verse gerechten, lokale kaas en geweldige koffie, en het diner in het restaurant was uitstekend – geschikte Italiaanse gerechten, Goed gekookt en vol smaak. Het personeel was vriendelijk en handig zonder boven te zijn. Heel waardevol en we zouden zeker teruggaan!""

"We stayed as part of the GBNI team participating in the world transplant winter games. The hotel was allocated and we were very impressed. The whole place was spotless, beds were comfortable, breakfast and dinner was provided and was beautifully cooked and served. Waking every morning to the beautiful sight of the surrounding mountains started the day in the best of ways. All the staff were cheerful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Walking paths into town and the local bus service were easily accessible. I would definitely recommend the Vallecetta."

We hebben een zeer mooi hotel gevonden, goed en vooral zeer schoon,de kamer(superor double)klein, warm en goed ingericht,de perfecte ruimtes, Maar echt een onverschillige schoonheid in elk bijzonder ...ik zou zeggen perfect,zo perfect was het bed,ik slaap als thuis, zeer comfortabel ...Het ontbijt was volledig zoet en salade,zoveel yoghurt cakes,een paradijs, Dus slaap van God wakker en je kunt van God eten wat je meer wilt ... Voeg een vriendelijk en gereed personeel toe, ik zou zeggen dat een hotel zo gaat gewoon stra aanbevolen ... Bedankt voor het mooie verblijf"

"A worn-out hotel with small rooms and old interior. However, it is centrally located relative to the old town. There is private parking just across from the hotel. Some rooms have a view of the neighboring building, which is not very attractive. There is a lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast is very limited, and the service related to it is marked by some grumpy waitstaff. The service at the reception was fine."

"Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, truly make you feel like family during your stay. The hotel is cozy and beautiful. Everything is kept impeccably clean. Location is superb, about a 2 minute walk to the slopes and a 5-10 minute walk over a beautiful pedestrian bridge into the historic section of Bormio. Cannot recommend this place enough."

"An amazing place to stay for skiers. Excellent location, just in a middle between ski lifts and an old town. Only 5-6 minutes walking to both directions. Amazing service and very kind and attentive ladies operating this small, warm and cozy place. The breakfast was amazing, always fresh, and coffee just perfecto! :) with breakfast you are able to get all the energy you need for skiing:) Room cleaning provided every day. Cosy and very warm rooms are the place you want to come back after being all day on the snow :) Definitely coming back next year! Bravisimo :)"
