"Definitely not a 4-star hotel! Our experience was extremely poor for several reasons: * Room Issues: We booked for two people (friends), yet were given a room with only one double bed. The hotel refused to change our room, claiming they were full, despite appearing otherwise. One bed and one blanket. * Hygiene & Maintenance: The room was dusty upon arrival. The bathroom (faucets and mirrors) was never cleaned during our stay. Bed linens were only changed on the 5th day, and only after we complained. Toiletries were provided for only one person and were never restocked during the entire week. • Poor Quality: The towels and bedsheets provided were threadbare and full of holes. The TV remote was broken, and we had to go down to reception ourselves late at night just to get a second blanket (only to be given a thin sheet instead). * Service: The staff is largely incompetent and indifferent. Every issue was met with a simple "I'm sorry" without any actual resolution. Upon arrival, they even tried to charge us €15 for a dinner that was already included in our package. * Food: Breakfast and dinner were exactly the same every single day. Tables were left dirty and were not cleared before new guests sat down. Unacceptable Noise: On Sunday night, renovation work started inside the hotel after 22:00. The noise made it impossible to sleep.It turns out they were tiling the elevator floor overnight, so it was out of service this morning while the adhesive dried, we have to walk to 6th floor. It is outrageous for a 4-star establishment to conduct construction work late at night while guests are trying to rest. Safety Risk: The balcony railing in our room was loose and wobbling. This is a serious safety hazard, especially on higher floors, yet the hotel seemed completely unconcerned. The ONLY positive aspect of this hotel is the panoramic sea view from the restaurant, but that does not make up for the lack of basic cleanliness and professional service. We strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you value your comfort and money."

"Prachtig hotel met uitstekende faciliteiten en personeel. Geweldige locatie - direct naast het strand. Goede selectie van eten en comfortabele kamers. Dit hotel aanbevelen voor alle leeftijden, maar vooral voor gezinnen. Het Star Camp is de beste kinderclub die we ooit op vakantie hebben meegemaakt, met fantastische activiteiten en organisatie. Hartelijk dank aan Milica en Shayma voor de uitstekende zorg en vriendschap die zij aan onze kinderen hebben gegeven. Monte***** is een prachtig land en we zouden graag terugkeren naar dit hotel."

"Ontzettend goed hotel. Uitstekend gelegen. heel dichtbij het strand. Redelijk dichtbij het centrum (half uur lopen). Ontzettend aardig personeel. Zeer behulpzaam, ondanks het taalprobleem. Bij de receptie kun je je goed redden met Engels, maar communiceren met de schoonmakers en ander personeel gaat moeizaam. Enkel minpunt was het gebrek aan parkeergelegenheid. Er zijn heel weinig parkeerplaatsen. Dit is sowieso een probleem in Monte*****. Waar je ook heen gaat, de parkeerplaatsen zijn gewoon vol."

Hotel Harmonia by Dukley

"Deze plek is onberispelijk! Het uitzicht op zee was op elk moment van de dag adembenemend. Een zeer veilige locatie met betaalbare voorzieningen. We boekten de sauna, het stoombad en de jacuzzi voor 1 uur en 45 minuten en het kostte € 120 voor een privésessie voor een groep van 6! Het restaurant was ook erg mooi met lekker eten! Ik wed dat het zoveel beter is tijdens de zomer 👌🏾"

"Ik ben erg blij dat ik dit hotel heb gekozen. Ongelofelijk schoon, heerlijk ontbijt met een goede range (vooral als bakken), personeel vriendelijk en opmerkzaam. Ik heb een kamer met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Op het strand op 8 minuten lopen, dat was geen probleem voor mij, op Budva kunt u ook lopen. Hartelijk dank aan het hotelpersoneel voor het comfort tijdens mijn vakantie!"

"Good location by the beach, big rooms, free sunbeds at the beach. Cleaning is very good, the towelboys at the beach is friendly and helpful. The poolarea is small, the pool is very small. The breakfast is chaotic, they are slow to clean tables, they only have one coffeemachine, and it is often empty for some food.. The balcony has no lights, so is dark in the evenings. Still a way to go to be a 5 Star hotel in my opinion."

Resort "Maslinjak"

"The residence is very small but charming. Surrounded by greenery, it has a swimming pool, bar, and restaurant. It's located away from the chaos of Budva, at the top of a long, steep road that's not particularly easy to navigate. Clean rooms, a minimally equipped kitchenette, and friendly staff."

Hotel Montenegro

"Hotel Monte ***** Marked 4 stars large hotel hygiene and facilities are considered to meet the standards Moreover, the hotel space is quite large The room needs to be small but newly decorated I believe most travelers are happy to accept But the breakfast level of travelers will definitely disappoint you I stayed seven nights survived five days lost breakfast The selection of varieties is small and below the standard Prefer good morning breakfast Travelers who choose a hotel before coming to Montenegoro are advised to think twice or regret it."
