"The hotel itself was a great experience and we did enjoy the novelty of staying in the prison which I would recommend to anyone. Upon arrival we were welcome by the team but very basic information was given, leading to us missing a tour of the hotel which we were told was included in the price. The manager then offered for one of the team to do a later tour for just the two of us which was cut short, very awkward and definitely not worth the money paid for. If we had been advised of the tour with the bigger group when checking in we may have had a better experience. We decided to book dinner at the chapel to experience it as much as we could but dinner was poor. We had to wait for our table, 3 different people asked for our name before we sat down and then again a fourth person checked once we were sat down. With minimal staff on the service was poor to say the least and The burger ordered was pretty much raw, I did not finish it. Once we had finished no one came to ask if we wanted anything else or to look at a dessert menu. We left the restaurant with no one even there working! Not sure where the team had disappeared to. Breakfast was good and would recommend it."

"We zijn terug naar de bar en hebben een drankje gehad. De kamer was schoon en gezellig en was geweldig voor een kort verblijf. Het bed was een dubbele met een matrassen die voor ons een beetje zacht was, maar dat is omdat we een zeer sterke matrassen thuis hebben. Het hotel was zeer vriendelijk en vriendelijk. Helaas, omdat ons verblijf op zondag en maandag was, konden we het restaurant gebruiken omdat het voor deze twee avonden gesloten was, maar het menu leek erg mooi. We hebben het ontbijt betaald voor twee ochtends bij £15 per hoofd per dag en het was heel goed. Yoghurt, vruchten, warme croissants en graan waren op tafel bij aankomst en toen werden wij een keukenvroegje aangeboden, een volledige Engelse, bacon of sausjes en gebrande eieren met gerookte zalm. Wij hadden een vraag een ochtend, maar dit was ons tevreden.  We zouden St Tudy Inn zeker aanbevelen voor een korte stop."

"My family and I (husband and young child) stayed here for one night. On first impressions it looks inviting with good parking and amenities in the area. Check in was pain free but the room was very hot and stuffy. No aircon is available but fans are provided, which help but not much. In addition to this the windows arw not able to open enough to get suitable airflow in. We ate in the attached restaurant dor dinner and I would stay well clear in future as both myself and my husband got food poisoning! Not only this but they seemed to be short staffed as trying to order anything from the bar was near impossible. Overall the hotel and their staff where okay and helpful but the restaurant I would stay well clear of."

"The economy twin room is too small, and it's too crowded for two people to sleep. I was always trying to prevent myself from falling off the bed, so I didn't sleep well. The room is too small to fit two 24-inch suitcases. The garage entrance is too small, and the RAV4 must put away the rearview mirror to drive in. Other than that, the family-style hotel is very cozy, the English dinner is great, and the desserts are also delicious."

"This B&B is perfect for travellers with cars. The hosts are incredibly warm and friendly, and I felt very welcomed here. Although the house is near the road, it is surrounded by a garden, making it very quiet. The rooms are well-equipped, and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast can be customised to your liking and is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended to everyone!"
