Consumption of liquor is restricted to the rooms only. It is not a pet friendly resort"

"No proper parking in hotel. Parked anyway after half an hrs waiting. Room booked premium class but due to advance booking they have provided lower category room smell badly. Pillow and bedsheet was dirty. After request to manager he denied to change the room inspite of available of other room. Not even room freshner used on request. After so many requests somehow change the bedsheet and pillow cover breakfast is just formalities."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. There is a lift available, which makes it convenient to access all floors easily. The hotel also has a restaurant where guests can enjoy good and tasty food without needing to go outside. One of the best features of this property is the swimming pool, which is clean and well-maintained. Another unique and peaceful feature is the temple inside the hotel premises. The rooms are big, spacious, and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is well-maintained. The bathroom is also clean and hygienic, which is very important during a hotel stay. The staff are also very helpful, polite, and supportive. Their service made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Overall, I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, helpful staff, and peaceful environment made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"First of all the rooms that panthasala is offering at this price point are very very disappointing. Images that they have provided, those are not at all available for stay as those are individual properties. And this is very much misleading to the customers. Mostly the photos are there, are kind of tricked. It is basically a housing complex where they have few rooms which are primarily very small in nature. First room that we got, oh my god, i can bet authorities/owners have not looked at it in ages. After we denied the stay, we moved to the 2nd one which is marginally better as the wall putty wasn't coming off. Room sizes are round about 120 to 140 sq ft which was a big setback for us as we referred to the images. Anyways, we unpacked a few things as we saw there was no other option (even an upgrade with extra money) other than compromise. Later we found out that the ac was down, nobody even knew about it, they brought mechanics at night but failed to repair. Then at night we were shifted into another room which they were saying earlier that they didn't have anymore left, a simple lie. Finally we settled in that small studio. Rooms are overall 3rd grade, no such regular room service, they may do if you ask. Local boys are good who provide the services like carrying your luggage or food otherwise everything else is negative. Clearly they are not professional enough to accommodate visitors at this price point. I can upload a few real photos (if i get any provision) which visitors may refer to before they plan to visit instead referring to the misleading one."
