The Creek Boutique Resort & Spa ★★★★

"We had booked 3 premium rooms at The Creek spa and resort shantiniketan on october 12 - 14. We would have rated it 5 but we were forced to give less for the only reason ( and a very important one) that there was a family of stray cats mother and 4 kittens outside our rooms (302, 303, 304) at all times. We complained several times at the reception amd housekeeping but to no avail. Finally when the mother cat almost attacked my son , we created a hue at the reception dis the GM and F&B mangaer both came. But they both had the most 'what can we do about it ' attitude and were extremely rude and told us to just stomp our feet or reusiculous things like that. We had paid extra coz if the balconies attached to the rooms, which none of us could enjoy or make use of ultimately!! So it's a great property and good food, excellent service but an indifferent manager who makes sure the guest will not return. Go at your own risk, especially if you book rooms 301 - 304. (Also the room fridges were not working in most of the rooms )"

"Ik heb de tuin Bungalow in Santiniketan afgelopen winter met mijn ouders gebeuren voor een rustig weekend, en het eindigde op een van onze meest memorabele reizen. Mijn moeder had altijd willen zien de universiteit van Tagore, dus we hebben deze plek gekozen voor haar nabijheid aan Visva-Bharati en het leek perfect. De bungalow voelde zich onmiddellijk welkom, bijna alsof het bij een vriend thuisbleef. Mijn vader heeft zijn ochtend door het raam gelezen terwijl ik de gastheer helpde onze dag’s wandelingen door de haat en lokale crafts stallen. In de avond, we verzamelden over eenvoudige, heerlijke Bengali diners en delen verhalen met andere gasten. Het was niet alleen een verblijf het voelde alsof het deel van Santiniketan’s ritme voor een paar dagen was."
