"The hotel itself is very nice, and the valet and bellhop staff were exceptionally friendly. The location is excellent, right on the Riverwalk, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure; however, if you’re tall, the shower head placement is not ideal—my husband is 5’10” and had to duck to use it. We would consider staying again, but on our last morning the toilet clogged and overflowed onto the floor. This was frustrating, especially since very little toilet paper had been used. Most people would consider a toilet overflow an urgent issue that requires immediate attention. We called for assistance, but no one ever came. It seemed as though staff assumed they could wait since we had a couple of hours before checkout, which was disappointing. As a result, my husband had to go to the ground floor to use the restroom, and we had to navigate around toilet water on the bathroom floor while getting ready."

"Deelnemen aan de wedstrijd, omdat het huis dicht bij de UTSA school is gekozen. De huiskosten van 400+ per dag zijn goedkoop. De kamer vol is de nacht te duur om 1100+ te stijgen en daarna te laag om 800+ te zijn. Faciliteiten: De decoratie is een eenvoudige stijl, met een kleine koelkast, geen microgolf. Het buffet-ontbijt is ook eenvoudig. De oude en mooie normale ramen airconditioning, het effect is zichtbaar. De kledingtafels zijn eenvoudig en eenvoudig. Omgeving: Het parkeren kost eigenlijk 5 meter meer. Omdat de markering niet juist is gecompenseerd door het platform, ben ik tevreden met het feit dat ik het nieuws achteraf wil bijwerken."

"The hotel was nice but the room the hotel put us into (room 1213) had a noise that ran 24 hours a day. The hotel was definitely not worth the price we paid for one night. The hotel staff at the front desk were super friendly but the problem was the room."
