For me it took 3 hours to check. Desk person said hotel doesn't honor bookings from trip app.
Had to call trip. She said trip is unreliable and sometimes does not pay hotel.

The room was overall clean. Good water pressure. Hot water. I just could not get over how badly the room smelled like smoke. I reported that to the front desk to ensure that I was not blamed for that. Also, no water in the vending machine so bring your own. The staff was nice though. For the price and location I would stay there again but not alone.

it was a good location close to mainly everything. Mcdonald’s was right next to the place quick for a night craving. Overall very good place, organized and spacious. Will book here again

The hotel was walking distance from all the tourist places. The water in the shower drained very very slow, it was clogged. Even thought it was closed to all the tourist places the enivorment around the hotel did not looked very safe.

Great for staying downtown had a few problems with the rooms given, but they fixed the problem quickly.

Staff was able to get me checked in 20 minutes before the check-in time, made my day easier by giving me a little extra time to get ready for a night out. Would come again any time I’m in San Antonio.

I never thought An American motel wouldn't have as a given, a little refrigerator or apartment size cooler and a coffee Maker. But this doesn't! No shampoo either. I thought every one did after a price of even 40$

Crickets all over the room when I first entered. Throughout the night there would be 10 crickets in the room that would get in because the door m does not close all the way
