"It was a pity that there was no air conditioning and only a long fan, but the Swiss weather was cool, so it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably with the window slightly open! I asked them to clean the room every time I left, and they did so nicely! The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy, so I would stay there again! The tram from Bern Station is a bit far, but there is a coop right next door, and I bought food from the coop every evening. ㅎㅎ"

"Leuk spel om te blijven bij het bezoek aan Bern. De warme kamers zijn zeer modern en cool. Er is een koele spiraal trap die leidt tot de kamers (maak je geen zorgen er is ook een lift 😅). Ik vond ook echt het gemeenschappelijke gebied/lobby, ruime en comfortabel. Er is ook een keuken voor u om te koken als u niet wilt uit eten. Vriendelijk personeel ook :)"

"I booked the most basic room. I thought it would be small before I checked in, but it was perfectly adequate. Transportation is also very convenient. The hotel is connected to the train station via bus number 10 and the 3A bus, which is only a 5-minute walk away. The service was excellent, with free coffee and tea. There was also free drinking water in the hallway. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and very clean. It was even better than the Marriott I stayed at in Barcelona!"

"A few details about the hotel: 1. The hotel is about a 15-minute bus ride and walk from the train station. 2. The hotel is small, but the service is excellent. When we arrived, the front desk wasn't open yet, but an elderly Asian man was on duty and let us check in with our luggage. 3. The front desk isn't 24/7, but the African-American woman at the front desk was very friendly. 4. There aren't many attractions in Bern, but the hotel is within walking distance. 5. Since we had a Swiss Pass and didn't have the Bern bus pass we were supposed to receive, the hotel didn't charge us tax, but we can't guarantee this will apply to future guests. 6. The room was very quiet and didn't face the street. Finally, and most importantly, the hotel provided fruit, cookies, coffee pods, and drinking water. You always give a compliment when you receive something, haha. The best part of this trip!"

"It was a very pleasant stay experience. The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. Although it is an old house, the facilities are simple and the details are well maintained. The bedding is very soft and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. There are trams nearby that can directly go to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped us introduce the most suitable tour route with a map, which saved us time. The breakfast is traditional European style, the freshly baked croissants are crispy and delicious with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the lady in the restaurant is also very attentive. It is recommended to contact us in advance if you check in late. The working hours in Europe are not 24 hours. I remembered the wrong time for breakfast on the last day. When we arrived, breakfast was being collected, but we were still allowed to grab bread to eat on the way. I agreed to write a review to my boss, hoping he could understand Chinese."

"Good location. Only a few mins walk to the train station. The hotel has a laundry room with a washer and a dryer so it's good for people taking long trip who need some clean clothes. The only downside is the noise, especially if your room faces the street. If you open the window for fresh air, you'll have to deal with construction noise and car noise early in the morning"

Zeer comfortabele bedden, smaakvolle inrichting van de kamers. Wanneer we naar Bern komen, is dit het hotel van onze keuze!"
