酒店是新元素，第一天入住時，遭遇麻煩，需要自行在網上填寫很多個人資料，辦理信用卡，引起不滿，其中有個前台服務人員態度不是很好，告訴我們如果不滿意可以退房。但是入住以後發現房間很乾凈，隔音非常好，各種用品都是簡潔摺疊的，最重要的是總枱有24小時咖啡免費，很不錯的入住體驗

위치 너무 좋습니다. 기차역에서 가깝고 구시가지 관광지 쪽으로도 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 바로 앞에 큰 마트도 있어요.
시설도 매우 깨끗하며 체크인 및 체크아웃을 모바일로 할 수 있고 모바일 키등 매우 편리합니다. 직원 분들도 매우 친절합니다!!

취사가 가능한 호텔인지 모르고 예약을 했는데, 1층의 공용 공간에서 취사를 할수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다.
맛있는 커피도 무료, 정수기도 있고, 코코아와 각종 차도 마실수 있고,
소금과 오일등 간단한 재료도 있었습니다.
coop에서 사다 요리해먹고, 오픈된 공간에서 차도 마시고, 넘 즐거운 시간이었습니다.
과일도 제공합니다. (없을때도 있어요)
어쨌든 비싼 스위스 물가에... 이정도 호텔이면 넘 좋은것 같아요. (방은 좁기도 하고 아주 좋지는 않아요 . 우린 2층이라 더... 근데 침대는 폭신하고 좋았어요 . 침구도)
미리 온라인체크인하고, 베른교통패스 받아서 교통앱(이름이 기억안나요)에 등록하면 2박일때 52시간(정확하지 않아요)인가 사용할수 있었어요.
추천합니다.. ~ 가성비 갑.!!!!

酒店入住及退房全自助, 用手機搖控開房門及酒店大門. 酒店房間太細, 放不下行李箱.有共享室, 可在里面煮飯.

I would never have thought that a hotel without a concierge would be such a simple and intelligent way to stay. I recommend the experience.

I felt more welcome here, where we checked-in and got the keys via app, than in many other hotels with real staff. Super cool experience to do everything on-line. The hotel is very nice and modern.

While I was a little concerned about the online check-in, everything worked like clockwork. The location is great being less than a few minutes walk from Bern Hbf Station. The Hotel itself is a beautiful building and the room was really good to stay in with a particular mention to the facilities to work from the room.
The public area was very relaxing and a nice place to have that was so informal. The rooftop terrace is a must with beautiful views of Bern
