"I am very dissatisfied with the room service during my stay. The bathroom had a damp and unpleasant smell, which made the experience uncomfortable. The room was also missing basic amenities such as towels and a floor mat. I had to request towels separately, which should have been prepared before guest check-in. Housekeeping should ensure that all room essentials are complete and properly checked beforehand. In addition, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and was leaking. To make matters worse, there was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the lobby café area whenever I passed by. Overall, it was a very bad experience and far below expectations. The hotel may look beautiful from the outside, but in my opinion, the overall stay experience was only average"

Er is geen zwembad/spelletjes/karaokeruimte meer, geen gratis massage en spa meer, geen butlerservice meer bij het ontbijt. Ook was er vroeger zelfs 's nachts een pendeldienst tussen Colmar Tropical-The Chateau, maar nu geen nachtdienst meer en waren we doorweekt van de regen. De Rabbit Farm & Organic Farm waren gesloten tijdens ons verblijf daar, we weten niet zeker of het permanent of slechts tijdelijk is"

"Antara Hotel is relatively new, and we were genuinely impressed with our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. As both my husband and I are light sleepers, we always hope for a quiet environment when traveling, and the room we booked exceeded our expectations in that regard. One of our favorite features was the balcony with a lovely view. We spent the evening enjoying some beer and snacks while taking in the cool breeze, which was a wonderful way to unwind. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the bedroom layout. Having a separate bedroom with a door helped reduce noise and made the stay even more restful. The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, clean, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. At a room rate of around RM400+ per night, it would be nice if hand towels or face towels were provided in addition to bath towels. Also, bottled drinking water is not provided. Instead, the hotel uses a water filtration machine that dispenses purified water directly from the tap. The location is connected to Genting via a link bridge, but be prepared for about a 15-minute walk. Younger guests will likely find it manageable, but I would not recommend the walk for elderly visitors. Fortunately, the hotel provides buggy rides to the escalator area, which helps save energy and is probably one of the most convenient services offered. Overall, the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and offer good value for the price. If you prefer being just a few minutes away from your room while exploring Genting, you may want to stay at Genting Grand or First World Hotel instead. However, if you don’t mind a short stroll and prefer a quieter, more relaxing environment, Antara Hotel is definitely a good choice."

"Slecht onderhouden kamer. Het gehele gebouw ziet er vervallen uit van binnen. Slecht bed vieze badkamer. Oude versleten handdoeken. Kan nog wel even doorgaan. Laat t hier bij. Ronduit slecht niet aan te bevelen"
