Phi Hotel Bellamonte ★★★★

"We stayed at this property for four days and unfortunately found the quality of this 4-star hotel to be poor. Let me start by saying that we had a two-month-old baby, and the mother was assigned a room with a couple of steps to access it—imagine the inconvenience of accessing it. The room also wasn't large enough to accommodate a travel cot, which we had requested when booking, so it was assumed we'd have a stroller. We were assigned a room with a disabled bathroom but a tiny shower; we didn't understand the combination. The beds were covered with minimal sheets that got undone every night, exposing the foam mattress. As for the restaurant service, aside from breakfast, which was quite varied, the dinner vegetable buffet consisted of cucumbers, lettuce, and tomatoes, and the menu wasn't up to par. Not to mention the table service; the staff needs a complete overhaul. If we then analyze the spa, nothing positive, especially the fact that they charge €20 to enter (which we noticed on the final bill), to use the pool and relaxation area because the Turkish bath was turned off, and other things weren't working. Another very unpleasant thing was seeing on the final bill that my daughter had a massage and was also charged for spa access (so in addition to the massage, you also have to pay for the entrance fee). And I'll leave it at that, so I'd say we definitely won't be returning to this establishment and we're still wondering how it has four stars."
