"Grote ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee. Er zijn twee kingsize bedden. Het toilet en de badkamer zijn gescheiden door een scheidingswand. Zeer comfortabel voor 4 volwassenen en 1 kind. Er is een klein zwembad in de kamer en het biedt veel privacy omdat het uitkijkt op zee. Ik heb hier twee keer ingecheckt. Zal zeker terugkomen als ik in Penang ben."

"Great hospitality and service throughout my stay in Penang Amari Spice Hotel. Upon arrival, the reception team kindly upgraded me to a Premier King room without any request, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and had a pleasant scent—everything was excellent. I would like to express my utmost appreciation to the midnight team on 21/03/2026. During our stay, my friend suddenly fell seriously ill during midnight . We attempted to call emergency services (999), but unfortunately were unable to get through to the nearby general hospital immediately. The situation was critical, and waiting another 10–20 minutes could have put my friend’s life at risk. Thankfully, the Penang Amari hotel team acted swiftly and professionally. They followed up with us, and the female manager along with the guy management team arrived promptly to assess the situation. They provided immediate support and helped arrange transportation to the nearest hospital, ensuring we arrived within 10 minutes. Thanks to their quick response and care, my friend’s life was saved. And even after check out they still texting us to concern on the guest safety. We are deeply grateful for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication during such a critical moment. Wishing the entire team continued success and all the very best. Thank you once again for going above and beyond. Peharps this able to fully credit to the team."

"As we entered the unit at 9.00 pm due to last minute bookings, the unit was clean and tidy. Even though the hall's air conditioning is sweezing but well functioning. Overall, we are happy for the stay and very highly recommended for family or friends with 3-6 person as they provide 2 single beds, 1 double decker and 1 queen bed. Ample space at hall attached with the dining table. Further more, the unit located at the very next elevators, less worrying when we get in and out at night especially. Easy to get various foods and basic stuff and there are clinics and self-laundry down stairs. We will surely looking forward for the next visit."
