"A very beautiful resort hotel, frequented mostly by people from DC. The restaurant is crowded, so reservations are essential; the food is excellent, and the breakfast is decent. The hotel underwent a massive renovation, costing hundreds of millions of dollars, and is much better than before. We upgraded our room, but the bathroom was still very small – typical of older buildings. The environment is exceptionally beautiful. The hot spring is interesting, but definitely not suitable for cold weather; the water temperature is low, there are no showers upon entry and exit, and it lacks the facilities found in China – it's more like a makeshift hot spring."

"Het Inn op Gristmill Square was geweldig! We plannen al onze volgende reis naar beneden. De maaltijden die we in het restaurant hadden waren ongelooflijk. Het Inn biedt ook ontbijt aan uw kamer dagelijks en het ontbijt was uit deze wereld. Er zijn veel gezellige plekken om te zitten rondom het gebouw, waaronder brandblusjes en creekside zitten door de thermische bronnen creek met warm water vloeiende. De eigenaren van het Inn waren goed versierd over het gebied en helpen ons planning activiteiten. De hele ervaring was zo uitnodigend en ontspannen! De kamers zijn enorm, prachtig, uniek en goed ingericht, niet-koel-cutter-kamers zoals in een hotelkamer."
