"The room is bigger than i expected. The service from the receptionist is so so so good, they explained very well about the room and share some suggestions to us for taking a good picture. The meh thing is the cleanliness is not in top notch service. The toilet bowl is so so so dirty, there is yellow stain a lot! The bath tub also was not in good condition. There is some mold at toilet. Please please please improve this problem. Not to forget that there is spider web at some lamp. For outside of the hotel, there are a lot of goose poop at road. I know the hotel isn’t the new hotel but i hope you will improve the facilities. For breakfast, i will give 2/5 because the food isn’t hot and the taste is kinda bland also doesn’t have a lot of options. Please improve the cleanliness thing first ya"

"Het hotel en onze kamer waren geweldig. Maar het was totaal anders dan vóór de MCO. Er is geen zwembad/spelletjes/karaokeruimte meer, geen gratis massage en spa meer, geen butlerservice meer bij het ontbijt. Ook was er vroeger zelfs 's nachts een pendeldienst tussen Colmar Tropical-The Chateau, maar nu geen nachtdienst meer en waren we doorweekt van de regen. De Rabbit Farm & Organic Farm waren gesloten tijdens ons verblijf daar, we weten niet zeker of het permanent of slechts tijdelijk is"

"Love room view, parking lot, very cool weather, better than Genting. The room toilet needs an extra floor mat; otherwise, the floor is very wet, and you'll step until the bed. The balcony should have a chair/table to enjoy the view. Taking the lift is most difficult. I checked out early but waited for 1 hour just for the lift. Checking out of the parking also had long queues for me. Nothing is cheap eating there. Even having a video guide to the room is also complicated; it's from one tower to another tower, lift to another lift, especially if it's your first time going. If you go there and don't go anywhere, it's the best place to relax.I more for suggestion better but not complain ."

"Chempaka 7 bathroom water pressure is high, water super hot. The only setback is the mirror fixed at a corner behind shower screen which is difficult to use. There are no aircon the room. During our stay the weather is hot even in the evening. Inside the room is unconfort able even with ceiling fan switch on."

"I think the cleanliness can be better improved especially for families with kids. The gaps between the sofa has some trash and then bathtub has some issues with water splashing off the tub and causing the floor to be wet all the time after shower. However their service is quite prompt. Toilet bowls are delivered at our door the next day. View is fantastic and the size of beds are good. We had a nice stay overall."

"We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,"

"Ik had het geluk om 's middags een regenboog in de kamer te zien, het was een onvergetelijke ervaring! Omgeving: Ik hou echt van het landschap buiten het raam en de algemene indeling van het hotel. Zelfs de Halloween-versieringen zijn niet verwijderd. Service: De hygiëne is onberispelijk. De turndown- en welkomstfruitdesserts zijn mooi en op hun plaats. Bij aankomst en vertrek worden er kleine souvenirs gegeven. Faciliteiten: Het enige nadeel is dat de kamer een beetje klein is, zeker kleiner dan hetzelfde niveau in China, maar ik denk dat het genoeg is."
