Hotels met bar in Sendai

It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind. Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally! They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!! Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!

Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

5〜6回利用してますが、いつ行っても清潔感あり、接客がいい。言葉遣いが丁寧かつ、お客様側を絶対に不快な思いさせない話し方が徹底されていて安心できる。 今回初めてたまにはだれにも干渉されないでゆっくり温泉旅したかったので素泊まりにしました。(前回まで親友と二人で朝食夕食つきプラン) こういう泊まり方もリーズナブルで接客に安心感ありますので今後も秋保温泉では他の旅館には行かず蘭亭にします。 還暦を迎え、あと何回行けるかわかりませんが、、。 本当にありがとうございました。

旅館職員友善、有禮及熱心提供幫忙。 晚餐料理賣相精緻，自助早餐食物選擇繁多。 睡房設施齊全整潔，乾濕廁所分離。 溫泉舒適，但前往室外露天風呂時需要走40多級樓梯。 唯一美中不足的是座廁無法沖廁，致電職員後即時提供協助卻無法即時維修，最終需要使用另一間房間的座廁。

友人3人で宿泊しました。部屋が広めで、3人でも窮屈さを感じずに過ごせたのが一番良かったです。 無料駐車場がある点も助かりましたし、チェックアウト延長でも追加料金がかからなかったのはありがたかったです。 立地は少し離れている印象はありますが、価格を考えると十分満足でき、利便性も高いホテルでした。また利用したいです。

良くも悪くも今までの旅館と違います オンラインのオーダー、決済などに慣れていて出来るだけプライベートを重視される方 サウナを楽しみたい方 食事は少量でも美味しく頂きたい方 焼き野菜のバーニャカウダー絶品でした😋 一番の改善点は無料で入れるお風呂があまり大きくなくアミニティーもお風呂場にない事でしょうか カップルや言語に不安な外国の方にはいいお宿だと思います

家族で楽しめる施設が豊富で満足でした。 高層階からの景色も良しです。
