"It was a great stay in Peninsula Resort. Beautiful hotel with so many clay tennis court. Food was also good and fair price. Caoxi Temple is withing walking distance from the hotel. We experienced Budhist vegetarian lunch, was very nice and taste good. Big thanks to Edith Tan, she arranged everything we need during our stay. We’re surely will stay in Peninsula again if we visit Kunming."

"服務態度滿分 積極又熱情 説説幾個可以改進的小地方 1因為兩間卧室面對面 所以可以增加一個移動的小屏風 這樣更方便一家人的旅行 2增加垃圾桶 就客廳一個 衞生間一個 洗漱的地方和床旁邊直接沒有就非常的不方便 3浴室增加一個防滑墊 家庭出遊會有長者 4浴室增加掛鈎 脱下的游泳衣沒有地方放非常麻煩 5增加一個小冰箱 這樣夏天邊泡邊喝就很爽6查房一定要看看有沒有危險的地方 比如這次我女兒就開門的時候 大門的那個安全鎖就突然脱出了 直接甩到了臉上 兩顆很尖的釘子直接飛出 萬幸她衹是劃到一點點 如果個子高一點就是眼睛了 所以還是要多多注意細節"

"😇位置:酒店是獨棟的。環境距離245國道很近。停車比較方便，分地面和地下兩個停車場，專屬的電梯直達大廳。 😇環境:房間在7樓以上，有比較大明亮的落地窗，大堂吧也比較寬敞，可以讀書辦公，還有一個自帶的酒吧，酒店旁邊就是中國石油。 😇服務:服務員響應快，有問題也能及時幫忙解決，需要提醒服務也能及時提醒。 😇房間:整個裝修是比較歐式的，厚重的奶白色木門和地毯搭配的很好，進房間櫃子是主動打開一條縫的，掃一眼可以明確的知道物品的擺放位置。電視面前有茶几和凳子，並不是正對着床的。比較保護私隱。 😇餐廳:餐的種類中規中矩，9:45去的餐廳，服務員並沒有因為快要到早餐結束時間而怠慢客人，即使是踩着點來的客人也會維持好全部餐食，即使是把器具清洗完畢了，如果客人需要，還是會為客人做早餐，這一點很棒，值得誇讚。最後收餐還會詢問在座的客人需不需要加餐，細節不錯。 🥳亮點:該酒店不建議攜帶寵物入住，需要多加500的清潔費，但是還是會很細心的在地下停車場設定狗籠。 🤗需要改進的地方:吹風機後面的的毛絮收納。需要定期清理，畢竟這可能是每一個客人會接觸到的頻率較高的東西，調整水温反應較慢，建議增加循環供暖水恆温系統。 🤔客人需要注意的地方:有些樓層是禁煙樓，不允許出現煙頭，但也不能在客房抽煙，按金200是地毯的賠付款，所以抽煙慎重，有專門的吸煙區。"

"從大理返回昆明，選擇安寧地區是朋友住附近，就近選了温德姆温泉酒店，超乎預期。 首先，房間45平米左右，非常寬裕，尤其浴室超級滿意，空間大，功能分區明顯，大床房都能配雙台盆，衣帽間，辦公桌，貴妃椅全配齊，收着平價酒店的費卻是五星級的配套設施，被子超級舒服，水也很豪奢給了好幾瓶，設計風格現代典雅，對温德姆品牌印象立馬提升了好多，讓我接下來在機場也選擇了温德姆品牌。 第二，酒店大堂闊落空間高挑，據説還有温泉停車場方便且車位充足，四周沒有密集的高樓，容積率低，附近空氣好，是旅遊自駕休憩停歇的好去處，性價比超絕，強烈推薦入住，衞生也做的好。 不足之處 1.剛一進房間，貌似空氣裏有略微像是寵物還是什麼消毒的氣味，不知是外面開着窗飄進來的還是啥，反正我關窗停掉空調，慢慢才沒感覺到輕微的異味。後面也沒聞到了。 2.早餐略微薄弱，品類太少了，選品也沒有很精細，感覺沒有在餐廳的出品選品上下功夫。不過米線出品和配料倒是非常到位和新鮮，煎蛋不夠了會立馬補足。其他的中餐，西餐簡餐就覺得沒有抓住餐品重點，貌似都顧及了但是又馬馬虎虎湊合了一下有點可惜。要麼就突出中餐，要麼就突出西式，温德姆聽起來就像走西餐風，但是除了可憐的吐司和不成樣子的小蛋糕，麪包也不知道是啥，咖啡酸奶用的機器圖片也沒維護好，就是挺不符合這個酒店的定位，希望餐廳部還是花點力氣提升和做好規劃管理。如今的年代，下榻酒店，早餐豐富與新鮮程度也是很重要的評判標準。"

"Hello everyone. We stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2024. Initially, we booked the hotel for 5 days, then we extended, extended and in the end, we stayed there for 11 nights. The hotel is new, clean. The rooms have good quality robes, toiletries. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts. We were pleased with the availability of freshly squeezed juices. The main staff does not speak English, but this is not a problem, since the on-line translator saves us, and the staff tries very hard to understand what you want from them. The only person who speaks excellent English was the manager Sam. A man passionate about his work. He told us a lot about the hotel and what is nearby. And there is a lot there: a park with playgrounds, a bungee jump, and a birdhouse with parrots. Sam showed us a place next to the hotel, which is a set for films. Boat station, where you can take a boat and take a walk on the lake and go straight to the hotel grounds. The hotel itself is in a great location, in a lowland, on the shore of the lake. If you plan a trip to Kunming, then it is far from the city. But we needed a quiet and beautiful place. And we got it. With the window open in the evenings and mornings you can hear the fish splashing in the lake and the ducks quacking. It was great to sleep, as the mattress and pillows are of excellent quality. We will definitely come back here and will recommend it to our friends. P.S. Once again, we say a huge thank you to Sam, he not only told and showed us a lot about the hotel and the surrounding area, he also helped us solve some issues with our luggage at the airport. A wonderful, responsive person. The hotel management is very lucky to have such a person on their team."

"當地商旅首選，客服服務有禮貌，被重視的感覺很好，有利於減輕差旅的疲倦。早餐豐盛，關鍵是不用刷卡和報房間號，免除到處驗證環節。酒點規模不大但房間寬敞，裝修效果很美，特別是後花園的夜景。但是，同出差同事住低層，還是有裝修味道，晚上還有小飛蟲，希望這一點能儘快改進。強烈推薦來安寧出差的朋友們入住。"
