"I hesitate to write this review as my fear is that everyone discovers this piece of heaven and I am no longer able to come back! This is absolutely the one of best hotels in the world and definitely the finest in Mallorca. The rooms are perfection, the people who work here are happy to be here and could not be more professional and courteous. The food is the best you will find in Europe (most from the estate or Mallorca). The pool, the tennis , hiking , semi private Calla! The flowers , the vineyard, biking …… the absolute best of everything!"

"First, there was a problem with our reservation. It was originally for three people, and the room wasn't ready when we arrived. The staff quickly resolved the issue by improvising a third bed—uncomfortable and cramped, which was embarrassing. A woman who introduced herself as the owner, rather unsubtly, informed us that the price had changed because the extra person hadn't been charged initially and that it had been a system error. It's a six-room property, and our room was completely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The mountains are beautiful, but the hotel itself offers nothing special, except for the staff's service. I wouldn't return; it's a shame."
