"Fantastic hotel, simple room nice pool and spa facilities. Good location in the middle of old and new town with about a 5min walk to the gondala. The breakfast was basic but satisfied us perfectly! The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating we will be booking again for next year!"

"Currently here at the hotel and I have to say the statement best 4 * mountain hotel in Bulgaria is definitely overrated First of all receptionist at the hotel doesn’t offer too much information and the app hotel guide as well Traveling with a child we decided to go all inclusive but not a good choice at all … they have very limited choices for all three meals, definitely not child friendly and all food is Warm at best, all the food seems recycled from one meal to another, no grills, very few sides The drinks are very low quality and even so, the “bars” for all inclusive are placed in areas very hard to get … like none of the bars are accessible if you want to use the lounge to relax Kids animation almost inexistent and children playground is very very small the shuttle bus to the slopes has a break at lunch, so no way you can go skiing with the child and get back for lunch you have to take a taxi The famous spa/pool area is very small compared to the hotel capacity and it gets very crowded in the afternoon. The pool can’t be used for swimming as it it built with level variations, most of the pool is 80 cm deep, so people just stay there in the water … It was a very bad choice coming at this hotel and of course they charge you for the full reservation when you arrive … something I didn’t see at any other hotel At this price point you can definitely find a lot better options in Bansko …"

"Extremely disappointed with our stay! We visited this five-star hotel last week with our two children and unfortunately the SPA experience was far below expectations. The entire SPA area was noticeably cold — not just slightly uncomfortable, but genuinely unpleasant, especially for families with kids. The pools were almost cold even for adults, and there was no feeling of relaxation at all. We were informed from the people working there that there has been a problem with the heat for 3-4 days but no one comes to repair it. AND NO ONE CALLED US TO INFORM, to offer to change the reservation dates or something. After spending one afternoon there, my older child even caught a cold, which completely ruined the experience for us and instead 3 night it became clear we cannot stay. In a hotel of this category, guests expect properly heated pools and a warm, comfortable SPA environment, particularly when children are allowed in the area! The facilities themselves look nice, but comfort and guest wellbeing clearly were not a priority during our visit. Sadly, this did not match the standards of a five-star hotel, and we left very disappointed. Also, everyone in the hotel was complaining - we can hear the guests arguing on the reception so it is not only that we thought it’s cold for us."

Ongebruikt · Geen airconditioning! Er zijn geen cosmetische standen in de douchecabine + er is geen douchehoofd in de badkamer, en een kleine handset ... De deur had gaten - een vinger aan de bovenkant en een halve aan de onderkant."
