"Locatie in het centrum van Baltimore was uitstekend, een blok van het Conventie Center, over de straat van een metrostation en 2 blokken van een lichte spoorwegstation - de metrostation loopt oost-west (inclusief de binnenhaven) en lichte spoorweg loopt noord-zuid voor meer dan 40 mijl met 1/2 uur directe verbinding naar/van de BWI Airport. - Een manier tickets op beide zijn $2. Mijn hoekkamer op de 9e verdieping was ruime met goede uitzichten. Ik had de hele middag zaken in de buurt zonder auto... toen ik vroeg of ik mijn bagage 4 uur voor de check-in tijd kon controleren, ze keken me daarna en daar in en gaven me mijn kamersleutel om middag. De lobby is elegant en de kamertarieven waren zeer redelijke voor een centrumlocatie hotel."

"My daughter and I had a wonderful experience while visiting Baltimore for her volleyball tournament. Every single employee we spoke with from valet to the front desk to the servers at the attached restaurant were AMAZING. They were friendly, accommodating, and engaging. Our room was so clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. We didn't venture out much since the sidewalks were covered in ice and it was below freeing outside but there seems to be plenty of restaurants and dining options nearby as well as a Whole Foods which I always appreciate. However, the attached restaurant served a delicious French-inspired menu for dinner and brunch the next day."

The hotel's design is modern, and the infinity pool offers direct views of the harbor. The only drawback is parking, as parking is restricted in the central area. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, with an evening piano concert that ends around 10:30 PM."

"Overall it was ok, after all the price was not cheap. But the service attitude was really bad, they spoke in a low voice, and they were unwilling to answer me when I asked again. The next day I asked the front desk to help me book a car to the airport. I booked it for 6:50 the night before, but when I went there at this time in the morning, the same front desk said that I didn't tell them just now, so I thought I didn't want it, and then I had to wait for 22 minutes again, and the price was twice as much as the taxi we took from the airport!"

"I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!"
