"Alle werknemers waren aardig en handig, zelfs op een hoek koning kamer met hun eigen instemming! Ik heb dit hotel gekozen omdat het in het centrum was van alles wat we wilden doen op het regenachtige weekend we kwamen, het zijn een historische hotel was een mooie bonus. De lobby was elegant met een bar en een restaurant, de kamer was schoon. Alleen aan de onderkant is de douchehoofd aan de kortere kant voor mijn 6'2" verloofde, maar hij heeft het goed gedaan. Valet is $50/night maar ik neem kennis van mijn auto is veilig en kan het gebruiken wanneer dan ook. Zou absoluut weer blijven wanneer we terugkomen om te bezoeken!"

"I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!"
