Our stay in Tokyo at this hotel near Kinshicho was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is ideal – just a 10-minute walk to Kinshicho Station, which connects you so easily to the rest of the city. Around the station you can find everything you need: shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and even entertainment. It made exploring Tokyo simple, comfortable, and stress-free. But what impressed us most was the room itself. From the very first moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The design is simple yet elegant, with warm touches that make it feel like home. The apartment-style layout was incredibly practical – a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and pillows, a large table perfect for working or enjoying a meal, and a bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after busy days in the city. The curtains blocked out light perfectly, and the lighting in the room was cozy yet bright when needed. The kitchen was a wonderful surprise – fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and even an electric kettle. Having this option made our stay even more comfortable, whether we wanted a quick snack or a home-style breakfast before heading out. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. Everything was spotless, the shower and bath were modern and easy to use, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine – such a valuable convenience for a longer stay. The separate sink area with a wide mirror and good lighting was perfect for getting ready. Every detail of the room showed how much thought was put into the comfort of guests. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – it truly felt like our own Tokyo home. The atmosphere was peaceful, the furniture was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and organization exceeded our expectations. Staying here made our Tokyo experience even more enjoyable. We always looked forward to returning to the room after exploring the city, knowing it would be a clean, calm, and welcoming space. Располагается в 5 минутах ходьбы от храма Асакуса и примерно 10-15 минутах ходьбы до ближайшей станции метро, рядом несколько магазинов 7/11, несколько кафе и баров Единственный минус - нужно поднимать багаж по не очень просторной лестнице на 3 этаж, но, в целом, это терпимо

I could stretch out, lay open my suitcase, and still have floor space to do morning stretches – a rare luxury for solo travelers. 3. Een prima hotel voor wie met meer dan 2 personen reist. Het is als een resort, met eigen tuinen en andere faciliteiten. Slechts 10 minuten lopen van de dichtstbijzijnde metro of het JR-station. Dit is een guesthouse waar ik zeker nog eens naartoe zou gaan. Hoewel er geen hotellobbyservice is en je alles zelf moet doen, zijn de ruimte en faciliteiten van de kamer werkelijk fantastisch. Het enige nadeel, zoals andere recensies al vermelden, is dat je alle accommodatiegegevens vooraf moet bevestigen, inclusief het incheckwachtwoord. Omdat ik dit niet van tevoren had gecontroleerd, raakte ik lange tijd aan de praat met wat een Indiase klantenservicemedewerker leek te zijn, omdat ik hun accent Engels niet kon verstaan ​​🥲🥲🥲. Район вокруг очень спокойный, рядом много комбини, в 10 минутах ходьбы ТЦ под SkyTower, поблизости много милых заведений. Интересно что когда выходишь на улицу: очень тихо, но в квартире с открытым балконом очень слышно шум дороги. Мы жили втроем: места достаточно, но раскладной «диван» на любителя, чтобы смягчить - клали на него матрас, дополнительное одеяло и плюс одеяло под себя, но в целом никаких проблем типа болей в спине не было. В наличии из техники утюг, микроволновка, и прочая кухонная техника, есть стиральная машина, но она не была подключена и мы не стали разбираться сами. Был фен, но он очень слабый и забит пылью, когда включаешь - начинает пахнуть жженым, так что мы им не пользовались. Сама по себе квартира в хорошем состоянии, но есть ощущение что еще немного и может уже перейти в разряд слишком старой квартиры. Из минусов кроме фена: в наборе белья была грязная простынь, сообщили владельцу, он извинился и был готов прислать новый комплект, но мы нашли просто еще одну простынь. А еще мы указывали что будем жить втроем, но тем не менее «диван» не был застелен, пришлось застилать самим.
