This week, the restaurant staff, especially David Kookie and Jessica Voh, waited on the 100+ customers each day they had breakfast here. Besides the fact they served so many people at once, my husband and I were amazed at the effectiveness they demonstrated. They prepared the breakfast area with polished silverware, fresh coffee, replenished serving bowls with fresh fruit, sustained clean tables while keeping attentiveness with coffee refills and table checking for each of them with positive and respectful attitudes. They deserve much credit along with the rest on on staff this past week keeping pace with such volume of customers while staying cheerful.

I usually dislike Fairfields very much, but this was a very short stay and I just picked something at the lowest price that wasnt too far from airport. The employees were extraordinarily friendly. The hotel offered coffee 24 hrs a day. Coffee was actually pretty good! :-) Free parking, quiet area. The room was fine. You could hear some noise from adjacent rooms upstairs and on the side, but not too bad. Absolutely no complaints, 5 star stay!

Unbelievably bad service by Taylor, Front Desk Manager/Supervisor. When we came back to our room at the end of the night there were issues immediately. There was a missing lightbulb in one of the light fixtures, only one TINY trash can in the entire room, and the video cable for the TV was nonexistent. Along with the room just feeling like it was in disrepair, and had not received a deep cleaning in some time. These maintenance issues were remedied. The manager on duty at the time, a gentleman, was very accommodating and kind. As was the gentleman that came to the room, this would have been the night of April 21, 2022. Around 10PM when the complaint was placed. We did our best to enjoy our stay in the TINY overpriced and frankly not entirely clean room the best we could. The day before checkout another kind manager gave us a late checkout for the next day. I wish I had remembered his name, though I did not know I would be writing this review until the night of 5/12/2022, this evening. We noticed what turned out to be an improperly placed smoking charge on our card. We called to discuss our dispute with the manager on duty at the hotel. This evening, 5/12/2022, at approximately 7 PM. Taylor answered the phone. She was the manager on duty. She explained that the charge was for smoking in the room and that there was some sort of evidence in the room. I made it clear my wife and I don’t even smoke and asked for said evidence. Taylor immediately became argumentative and told me that “you can take that up with your credit card company”. I explained that I had worked in the hotel industry (I was a manager for a hotel company in San Diego some years ago) and that it is blatantly clear when someone had smoked in a room and that they must have gotten the room wrong she repeated that I would “have to take it up with them” and then she HUNG UP THE PHONE. She hung up on us. I called back, asked for her manager, she indicated that she was the manager and I tried to continue the conversation, asking why she had hung up on me. She said “because I was stating a fact and there is no dispute”. I explained that it is indeed a dispute, over the opinion of the hotel being I smoked in a room I hadn’t smoked in. SHE HUNG UP AGAIN. I called back, asking for the name of her General Manager. She said his abbreviated first name, and told me to talk to him in the morning and HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN. I decided it might be nice to have his full name, given the fact that the issue had now become about her service, and not the fee, and that I wanted to make sure I talked to the right person. I called back, just asking for his last name, she HUNG UP on me again, I called back a final time, again asking for her managers name, and she again hung up on me. I called the neighboring property and obtained the General Managers full name. I placed a call with corporate customer support and opened a case regarding Taylor’s service. Excellent Services, Attention and compression since there was no problem in delivering time after Departure

Staff above average, room as expected, property clean. What made this a poor experience is the worst shower in I have ever run into in all my Marriott visits (100+ a year). The shower head was at the ceiling, a person would have to be nearly 6ft tall to adjust it. The shower head itself sprayed in a wide circle. Someone short, like me, had water around me but not actually hitting me. I was either getting burned or freezing, no middle ground. Getting ready for the conference took twice as long as it should have because of this situation. Very unfortunate.

I loved my 5-day stay at the SpringHill Suites and will absolutely return on my next visit to Denver. The rooms are beautiful - a fresh layout/design as opposed to the traditional hotel room layout. The breakfast was terrific - hot eggs/cheese omelets, bacon or sausage, oatmeal, waffles, hard-boiled eggs, delicious fresh fruit (watermelon or strawberries and grapes), Chobani yogurt, ham, and cheese cold cuts, toppings for the oatmeal and omelets, cold cereal, juices, chocolate milk, coffee, and other beverages. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My mini fridge wasn't working. They fixed it quickly. I also requested a late departure on Friday, which they graciously approved. The hotel was clean and felt very safe. I give this hotel 10 out of 10. As good as you can expect or hope for in this price range.

We held a meeting at the location during the last week in June. First, let me say that the staff were fantastic, but the facility was not. First, my room and several others smelled of cigarette smoke. The smell was so bad that my spouse noticed the odor on the clothes in my suitcase when I came home. Several other attendees notice mold in the bathrooms. The high speed internet in the meeting space, for which we paid did not work and could not be fixed. The bar was understaffed during the busy 5-7 pm period, resulting in waits of 15 minutes or longer just to order a beer.

It is very close to Union Station and 16th Street. There is a free bus to and from the State Capitol and the station on 16th Street. There is a light rail to the airport for $ 10.5 at Union Station. It is very convenient to buy a self-service machine.
