It was really terrible,no trashcan and they charge extra 100 dollars by saying that deposite and they will return after our check out but they didn’t.No future stay😏😏😏

The location was a bit sketchy but other than that it was great! The bathroom was huge with a shower AND a jacuzzi tub

From the moment we walked in the staff was rude and on their personal phone and ignoring guests. We were supposed to have an upgraded suite which was anything but. The couch and carpet were nasty. The beds and bathroom has ***** heair everywhere. The satelite tv went out every 10 minutes and took 45 to reboot each time. The pool was pretty warm but the hottub was literally a ice tub. Horrible and gross hotel.

Our group chose this hotel because of the promise of 24 hour shuttle service to the Denver airport. We had a early flight and wanted to depart at 2:00 am. Were told that the shuttle would run at the top of the hour, every hour and to be in the lobby by 1:55 am. Communication was made with the front desk and shuttle driver at 11:30 pm the night before to confirm the pickup time and shuttle vehicle size. The shuttle did not arrive until 3:00 am.
Additionally, the hotel charged a $100 fee per room for incidentals, which took 2 days to clear my account, and there was a violent movie playing on the TV in the lobby when we arrived. The hotel trash cans were overflowing, and the tiles in our bathrooms were loose.
I would not advise staying at this hotel.

Clean but furniture has seen better days. Guests had vouchers? Only one thin sheet and small thin blanket on the bed, with no extras for winter.

We were told that the hotel was a 2 or 3 block walk from the train station, but it turned out to be much longer than that, more like a mile. And I am 83 years old, walking with my daughter and our suitcases, at 7PM in the dark, crossing busy streets, it was not a good experience.

The maid coming knocking at door 10.:20 to see when we're checking out. Than doing last minute check making sure not to forget anything there she is knocking again at 11:01

Great value !!!! Very comfortable stay , very clean and super friendly staff. The FREE BREAKFAST was amazing and totally unexpected.
I’ve stayed in other COMFORT hotels and this one is by far the best. I highly recommend this place.
