"Hotel needs continual improvement and constant retraining of staff to uphold the quality of service at all times. Service quality seem to be going down and response to requests or complaints seem to be very slow. When I was at the restaurant , an I wanted fried egg, it took 10 minutes before a chef could come to make this for me. When I observed that the AC in my room was not cooling all through the night and I requested for a technician to check this out, non came until I was forced t check my self out of the hotel. There is absolutely need for improvement. Although occupancy seem to be full always, this should be an excuse for poor service qua;ity"
