"I had a great stay at the Hotel Sourcehof in Arosa! The price-performance ratio is simply unprecedented. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking and invites to stay. Breakfast was excellent – a large selection, fresh products and everything you need to make a perfect start in the day. I would like to emphasise especially the uncomplicated self-in and check-out, both which have worked quickly and smoothly – ideal for stress-free arrival and exit. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was unsmooth, making the stay even more pleasant. In total, a wonderful hotel that I will definitely recommend. I'll be happy to come back!"

"Het Valsana Hotel in Arosa was een fantastische ervaring. De kamer is prachtig omgeven door een prachtige Alpenlandschap dat het gemakkelijk te ontspannen maakt. Het hotel is modern, maar warm, met ruime, goed ontworpen kamers die zich comfortabel en gedachtenvoller samengevoegd voelen. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel en we sliepen goed tijdens ons verblijf. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, met een grote selectie en hoogwaardige ingrediënten. Het voelde zich generös zonder overvloedig te zijn. De spafaciliteiten waren een echte hoogtepunt. De warme en koude duikbaden en de sauna waren na een dag uit bijzonder aangenaam. De fitnessruimte is goed uitgerust veel beter dan de typische hotel setup en de complimentaire yoga-sessies voor de gasten was een geweldige aanraking. Het was professioneel geleid en een echt leuk deel van de verblijf. Wat uitstond meestal was het personeel. Vriendelijk, opmerkzaam en zeer responsief voor laatste minuut verzoeken. De dienst voelde zich natuurlijk en naadloos. Over het algemeen doen ze duidelijk iets goeds. We zullen zeker terug zijn."

"We stayed at the Sunstar Arosa for two nights with our company. The room was clean and tidy. The wellness area was beautiful, spacious, and diverse, as was the indoor pool. The service, both at reception and in the restaurant, was completely out of step with the price range the hotel claims to be. The staff is untrained and doesn't know how to serve guests properly. Unfortunately, there was no trace of professionalism; everything was just done randomly. Serious errors occurred that shouldn't happen in a 4-star hotel. The 80-franc red wine was poured into a white wine glass, the plates were somehow placed in front of the guests, and orders were taken incorrectly. The food was mediocre at best; no course was special or top-notch. Everything tasted average, sometimes bland, and was out of season. We were also surprised when we, as 55-year-olds, were addressed with "Du" (formal). This is appropriate in a youth hostel, but in a hotel in this price range, we found it disturbing and completely inappropriate. We don't believe this concept will be successful in the long term. In short, the food and staff don't match the price level of a 4-star hotel. Therefore, we wouldn't return to this hotel personally."

"Voor de derde keer verbleven wij in dit fijne hotel. Bij binnenkomst voelt men zich direct thuis. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes, de badkamer is schoon en voorzien van voldoende handdoeken (op verwarmd handdoekenrek), shampoo en zeepjes. Het ontbijtbuffet is geweldig, een overvloed aan heerlijk brood, kazen, vleeswaren, cereals en nog veel meer. In het restaurant kan men genieten van heerlijke lokale producten, prachtig gepresenteerde gerechten en mooie wijnen. De staf is efficient en vriendelijk."
