Het ontbijt was uitstekend – een grote selectie, verse producten en alles wat je nodig hebt om een perfecte start in de dag. Ik wil met name de oncomplicate zelf-check-in en -out, die zowel snel en soepele werk hebben geleverd –, ideaal voor stressvrije aankomst en vertrek. De schoonheid van het hele hotel was onbedoeld, wat het verblijf nog aangenaam maakte. In het algemeen een prachtig hotel dat ik zeker zal aanbevelen. Ik kom graag terug!"

The food, particularly our five course dinners, were really special and the breakfasts plentiful with lovely bread from the new bakery in town. Any description of the hotel will include the friendly bar and lounge area but don't forget the jacuzzis in their wellness area and well appointed steam room and sauna to soothe your aching legs."

"We were a large group that stayed at this hotel for several days last week. We know the hotel well, as we have been staying there for several years. This year I was extremely impressed by the family atmosphere that has prevailed there since the change to the upper floor. We were given a very warm welcome at the hotel and the service was top notch. Above all, Reto, who had everything under control and, no matter how hectic it was, always had a smile on his face and was in a good mood. The food was served quickly, even though we were a large group, and, of course, what is very important, it was excellent. Above all, a lot of attention is paid to detail and that sets this hotel apart from other hotels (today). The nice ladies and gentlemen at the bar and in the service (whose name I unfortunately can't remember, sorry) were also very friendly. We had a great week at the Hotel Sunstar and would like to thank everyone who spoiled us during the week from the bottom of our hearts for their efforts and certainly also for the overtime they put in for us. :) Since I also worked in a hotel a few years ago, I know how happy it is to receive positive feedback.
