This year I was extremely impressed by the family atmosphere that has prevailed there since the change to the upper floor. We were given a very warm welcome at the hotel and the service was top notch. Above all, Reto, who had everything under control and, no matter how hectic it was, always had a smile on his face and was in a good mood. The food was served quickly, even though we were a large group, and, of course, what is very important, it was excellent. Above all, a lot of attention is paid to detail and that sets this hotel apart from other hotels (today). The nice ladies and gentlemen at the bar and in the service (whose name I unfortunately can't remember, sorry) were also very friendly. We had a great week at the Hotel Sunstar and would like to thank everyone who spoiled us during the week from the bottom of our hearts for their efforts and certainly also for the overtime they put in for us. :) Since I also worked in a hotel a few years ago, I know how happy it is to receive positive feedback. "Voor de derde keer verbleven wij in dit fijne hotel. Bij binnenkomst voelt men zich direct thuis. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes, de badkamer is schoon en voorzien van voldoende handdoeken (op verwarmd handdoekenrek), shampoo en zeepjes. Het ontbijtbuffet is geweldig, een overvloed aan heerlijk brood, kazen, vleeswaren, cereals en nog veel meer. In het restaurant kan men genieten van heerlijke lokale producten, prachtig gepresenteerde gerechten en mooie wijnen. De staf is efficient en vriendelijk."
