"Een ongemakkelijk verblijf. De kamer ruikt slecht (van de badkamer), geluidsoverlast, stof meubels, zeer slecht ontbijt, slechte kwaliteit, instant koffie van de machine, stoel voedsel. De prijs is te veel voor wat het hotel biedt. Het enige goede was dat dit hotel de enige in Arad was die ons de online prijs betaalde zelfs als we geen reservering hadden. We probeerde 6 andere hotels en ze vertelden ons een dubbele prijs zonder een online reservering."

"Excellent hotel, we are very satisfied with the service. The rooms are clean, equipped as described, with a small balcony. Insect protection nets on the window. Good heating in the room. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi with hot water are beautiful, clean hot water, there are changing rooms, toilets, free for hotel guests. Free parking inside the hotel yard. The location is good, just a few minutes by car to the center. The breakfast is basic, but has everything you need from food, fruit, as well as coffee and juices. The staff is very friendly. All recommendations."
