Easy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent. Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils. AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony. No house keeping for short stays. Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any. Very very very expensive hotel as we booked during BTS concert period!!! Had a good stay but beyond the price charged

Het was geweldig, de locatie is vlakbij de metro en het personeel is ook geweldig, zelfs toen ik last minute boekte en pas na 12:00 aankwam. Ze hebben gratis koffie, thee en een watertappunt❤️ Alle faciliteiten functioneren ook prima.

Ottima posizione centrale. Purtroppo il servizio è scarso, non c'era nessuno al nostro arrivo, né abbiamo visto qualcuno in reception durante il nostro soggiorno ed altrettanto al check-out. Rapporto prezzo-qualità basso considerando che non avevamo il servizio di cambio asciugamani giornaliero. In generale, però, la camera era pulita e in ordine.

Hoewel het gebouw fantastisch is en de locatie geweldig, is het management van dit etablis*****t ronduit verschrikkelijk: de douchewand lekt en de badkamer loopt onder water, waardoor er een tekort aan handdoeken is. Het was er erg vies en er zaten spinnen (zie foto), maar het ergste is de service, want als je een probleem hebt, nemen ze niet eens de moeite om je op de hoogte te stellen (zoals bij een paar van mijn vrienden gebeurde) die op straat gestrand raakten door een probleem met de lokale belasting, ZONDER VOORAFGAANDE KENNISGEVING. Eerlijk gezegd, als ik terugkom naar Brussel, ga ik op zoek naar een andere accommodatie. Onze boeking verliep erg soepel dankzij de uitstekende service van Trip.com, maar onze vrienden die via Stayforlong boekten, hadden een rampzalige ervaring en brachten meerdere dagen door met het ene probleem na het andere. Very practical location. Excellent staff that did everything for us to be comfortable and have a good stay.

Well connected to the city, transport and EU buildings. Close to the park and other entertainment places like restaurants and bars. Close to the bus stop going to the airport. The place is nice and clean, quite a big room, and lots of space. Tea and coffee set inside the room.

I highly recommend this small hotel in Brussels. And I would like to thank Monique, the receptionist, for her homely welcome and efficiency. She is a perfect hospitality expert and a nice personality. The place is impeccably clean: the linen, towels, bathroom, public areas. There is a nice catering area and a pretty small yard. The location is very convenient. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel on my future visits.

Ruime kamers met 5 eenpersoonsbedden. Er is een lift. Wasserette op 1 minuut lopen van het hotel.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.
