"Ik heb onlangs in Santa Barbara bij Santas Hotels gebleven en een prachtige ervaring. De locatie in het hart van de oude stad Altea is onoverwinnelijk, slechts stappen van de iconische blauwe kerk en levendige pleinen. Het hotel is prachtig gerestaureerd, met moderne, schone en comfortabele kamers. Het bed was ongelooflijk comfortabel en de douche was fantastisch. Het uitzicht op de zee en de stad van mijn kamer was absoluut aantrekkelijk. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en handig, waardoor de check-in en communicatie nauwelijks moeiteloos. Een klein briefje voor toekomstige reizigers: aangezien het in het historische centrum is gelegen, zijn er sterke gekoppelde straten om te lopen, dus breng goede wandelschoenen! Niet overpakken! Ik zou dit hotel zeer aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een echte en luxe verblijf in Altea. Ik zal zeker terug zijn!"

"This hotel has so much going for it. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and just a short stroll to old town. The chic decor sets the tone, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. On our second night, we were even treated to a fireworks display outside our terrace that rivaled any we’ve ever seen—truly spectacular. That said, there were a few things that kept our stay from feeling five-star. The room description mentioned wine or champagne, but none was included; when I asked about it, I was told it was an extra charge. Communication was also a little hit or miss—I had to follow up twice for restaurant recommendations and never received an answer about breakfast options. We’d read from other reviews that fruit and pastries were sometimes offered in the common area, but during our stay they weren’t available. The furnishings, while stylish, leaned more toward design than comfort. The sofa was narrow with no armrests, and the terrace table wasn’t especially practical for relaxing or dining. Finally, the room would have benefited from some basic resources on local activities, which would have been helpful for planning. Overall, this is a beautiful property in a fantastic location with memorable moments, but some of the details and attentiveness fell short compared to expectations."

"The location was perfect for me quiet and tranquil. Beach very pebbly, difficult to walk on. However, the apartment was adequate but could do with a kettle and a couple more pans, that did not really bother us as the beach shack over the road bbq’d the most beautiful steak and corn fed chicken! Barbara thw Spanish lady was amazing ! And the staff as well. Marina down the end is fabulous with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel receptionist was lovely and friendly and the rooms was fabulous for the dog and spacious. This hotel is a little tired but was lovely. We will come back…"
