Even his staff were very humble and helpful. We even went on his houseboat which was neat and clean and very well maintained like his homestays and the country Boat ride within the small canals where we could see the daily life of the locals. Food was amazing giving us an experience of Kerala cuisine. Mr. Jose is very helpful for any enquiries or query it will be answered within minutes & also will make sure to make any last minute adjustments whatever is possible 😊 Thank you so much Mr. Jose for making our Alleppey trip memorable. "Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money. "Het charmante boutique hotel met ontbijt. Gelegen bij de Beach Road ongeveer 100 meter van het strand en een prachtig zwembad. Het eten voor het diner was heerlijk authentisch Kerala stijlen koken. Het ontbijt is vrij goed en aantal westerse stijl van keukenopties om uit te kiezen als u iets anders wilt dan de lokale delicatesse. Het enige wat we moeten weten is dat er gebouwen aan de volgende deur gaan en dat het heel lawaai kan zijn op de dag."
